works awesome, it completely revived my 15year old leather purse. just be careful and dont scrub too hard with the cleaner cloth like i did (it caused some slight discoloring) but thats user error because on the box it says to gently wipe and after i read the box again ans saw that i finished cleaning the purse gently and there was no discoloration anywhere else except that one spot i went super hard in (oops lol) . the conditioner was amazing it looks brand new after letting it sit over night. great product!

The product works great! I recently bought new leather couches and they were a bit ashy. I bought these wipes as a fix and to condition the leather. There is no smell! I used both the cleansing wipes and conditioning wipes. The cleansing wipes are fine, however i had to use all 5 to clean my loveseat and sofa. The conditioning wipes are very sticky, I was hesitant to use them, however, they made my couch shine and didn't leave a sticky residue! I only used 3/5 conditioning wipes for both couches. I am very pleased with the products, I wish there were more in the box though!

I’ve only used it once and found it easy to use and the leather cleaned well and looks great.

I use it to clean my leather bags It adds shine to the bag and removed odors very happy with purchase.

I wish I had taken a before picture. This stuff worked really well in my attempts to fix up my Mom’s nice leather Italian hand-painted purse. It’s on the verge of cracking because she had it on a shelf for a few years. Hopefully with this conditioner we’ve managed to turn back time a bit. It brought the color out, made it pop, and made it soft and gorgeous. It was very wet for a long time. Eventually I just used paper towels and rubbed it in/off in a circular motion. After that it was good. The cleaner got the stains off. The conditioner is a bit thick. It doesn’t smell though. That was nice. You get what you pay for though. I think maybe if you spent more money you might get something that conditions a bit better. But it was my very first time doing this. I’m no professional by any means. That’s why I bought a 10 pack of wipes on Amazon.

The cleaner was great but be careful because it may strip the dye off the shoe. As for the conditioner, the oil was thick and wouldn’t absorb through faux leather’s tissue. The oil residue sticks out for a long time so you have to wipe off the oil for a more natural look

At first I wasn't sure if I would be able to make wallet look presentable again, but these wipes did an amazing job as you can see in the picture never thought those stains/scuffs were ever gonna come out but I used the side of the cleaning wipe with the nubs on it and a little scrubbing and took care of them. Then I used the conditioner wipe and looks vibrant and better than new. Doesn't have strong smell and dries fairly quickly but wiped a dry cloth myself. Definitely my go to for leather care for now on.

The Cleaner does not clean, period. I had white residue on a car seat, and it did nothing. It leaves soapy residue which has to be cleaned off with water. The Conditioner is goopy (like honey, to be fair), and leaves the leather shiny and slippery. Even after waiting 24 hours, it's still wet and will come off on your clothes. The Conditioner is silicone based - polydimethylsiloxane - which is basically the fuser oil used in old-school printers. It is listed as a "non-toxic" ingredient, and it generally is. But it is NOT something you want on leather. Neither the cleaner nor conditioner have any odor, which is good. I was able to remove most of the Conditioner with pure ethanol, which incidentally cleaned my white reside (which I now believe to be fabric softener from my shirts). I bought this kit specifically because I wanted to test the product and the kit is inexpensive, so it's not a loss. But now I know it does not work.

The cleaning wipe works. My bag feels clean after wiping with one wipe. The conditioning wipe works too but it felt messy with the stickiness instead of creaminess like most lotion or cream. The bag looks and feels better though after both wipes without stickiness. I like the matte finish too.
