is this a liquid filled capsule or powder? I want to try it for my son but he doesn't swallow pills well

This is a powder filled capsule that works just great. I'm a 137 lbs female and take 3 capsules with a large meal. The directions say 2 - 3 per meal so I take 3. I love this product. I don't take them with a small breakfast or light lunch just large meals for my colitis. Hope this answers your question.

do you know if this product is nut, soy and avocado free?

The ingredients listed are: Protease, Amylase, Lipase, Lactase, Alpha Galactosidase, Cellulase, Maltase (Barley Malt), Sucrase, Betaine HCL, Coral Calcium, Magnesium yeast, Manganese yeast, Zinc yeast, and DoTerra Tummy Tamer blend: Peppermint Leaf, Ginger Root, Caraway seed.I don't see anything that contain any of those. This products claims to be Gluten, Dairy, Nut and Soy Free. I see that to be true with the exception of the Barley Malt. Hope this helps.
