Review for frame and letters
The items are beautiful! The letter tiles are vibrant and match each other perfectly in the frame, as well as being easy to place. The frame dimensions are accurate for the number of tiles. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars is for the frame being rather flimsy and easily bent or damaged. When I received the shipment the frame was bent, with chipped paint, and 3 of the tiles were broken. All items were replaced right away and arrived in good condition. The vendor was very understanding and committed to customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation buying from him again.
