This valerian dream tea is amazing ! I have both panic anxiety disorder and trouble falling asleep. Anyways this tea is very high quality looking and beautiful. The smell is so yummy especially for containing valerian root. which is known to be super stinky. I have no clue what the amount of valerian is in it but the taste is very yummy I didnt need to add any sweetener to it and about an hour after drinking it.... I can report it makes me a little sleepy. But more surprised in that it relaxes and calms me down a lot which is perfect to go to sleep... I really reccomend it.

I was diagnosed with Insomnia at 15 years old. After 16 years of daily, high THC marijuana use to help my sleep I decided to quit as I wanted to live my life without this crutch. The rebound insomnia from this withdrawal is brutal to say the least. I have many times not been able to quit from the fear and anxiety of not being able to sleep during the withdrawal period. The difference this time, I simply accepted the fact that next few weeks is going to be rough. I decided to create a small "Sleep Stack" to increase my chances of success. I did the following: I took Magnesium Glycinate, Omega 3s, Vitamin D3+K2 + 1 cup of this sleep tea. Just 1 bag. The flavor of the tea is very good, especially with a little honey. Not only did this help me fall asleep and stay asleep: But for the FIRST TIME in YEARS of wearing an Apple Watch Sleep Tracker, I scored a perfect 100 sleep score. This has never happened to me in my life. That alone made me an instant believer. I genuinely believe this tea was the secret to not only sleeping the best I have in YEARS. But getting through the anxiety and cravings of kicking a 16 year daily marijuana addiction. After some research, its not ideal to drink this every single night forever, but to use it when needed for a few weeks at a time. So when the bag runs out, its time for a small break to reset the brain IMO. This stuff works. 10/10

I really liked this tea. I had valerian root before and i always hated the smell but for the first time, I can say I actually thought it smelled good! My past experience with valerian root was it stinks but it’s good for sleep. Not anymore! The quality is great and it looks fresh. I love also love that it’s in biodegradable tea bags. I will definitely buy again!

I really enjoyed Valerian Dream. From the moment I opened the container, the aroma was delightful. The tea has a gentle licorice and mint flavor that’s soothing without being overpowering. Whether it was the tea or just the perfect timing, I definitely felt more relaxed after drinking it, making it a nice addition to my evening routine. I will be purchasing this product again. The only downside was the size—I expected a larger bag, but it arrived in a small tin. I’ll be sure to pay closer attention to the quantity listed on my next purchase.

I’ve tried every sleepy time tea on the market and I always come back to this one. It is by far my favorite! Like all valerian teas it does have a strong and odd smell but it helps me relax and have a restful night sleep. This with some magnesium is my favorite bedtime routine.

Some good ingredients, others NOT good. "Artificial Flavors" mean I will not buy this again.

Valerian root plus chamomile is a smooth and calming tea to be taken 30 minutes before your sleep schedule. It has a great taste and gives you a calming effect which helps in sleep cycle. The quantity is good enough to last for a month and the pricing is justified. Tea bag is amusing to look at and is non habit forming. Go for it for a calming nights sleep.
