You’ll sweat almost instantly even inside just walking around doing chores!! The fit is true to size for me and appears to be well made. I would’ve given it a 5 if the back heat wasn’t an issue! Even my friend who ordered one felt the same way!

I had it for almost a year, and it worked fantastically. I washed in a washing machine and left outside to dry. The only thing that happened recently the pants ripped from the crotch area all way down the left leg after almost a whole year's worth of use. It's way better then the cheap plastic sauna suit you would buy. I liked the zipper so I don't have to pull over my head and keep my phone from fallingout of my pokets. It felt and fit very well. I just ordered another version from the to replace my old one.

I love this material do your eyes cross your teeth it absolutely 100% works fast shipping great packaging. You will be drenched in sweat like you sat in a sauna after less than 10 minutes of walking this I will say the only downside is this material can cause you to have a irritating sweat rash they don’t really give any directions in English or at all really for how to clean this entire outfit because you cannot stick it in the wash and you cannot stick it in the Dryer so you’re looking at possibly handwashing spot reading this and if you don’t spot treat or soak this by hand and let it dry. The outfit will smell grungy because the inside is lined with the same material as the grocery bags that are for hot and cold items that you would buy that cost $45 overall great quality just wish the material was washable. My body had an allergic reaction to the material and I ended up getting a sweaty rash that I had for over two weeks just be aware if you intend to buy this, you could have the same allergic reaction that I did.

Jacket is small fitting for X-large should be able to move enough to touch my elbows for movement, pants seem like the correct sizing. Maybe it would be better to have a sizing mix match like able to order 2X jacket and X-Large pants. But it does get you sweaty pretty quick.
