I'd buy it again.Pros:It works.It comes with all but one of the tools shown in the instructions (tweezers), which I did OK without.Cons:The instruction booklet has very small photos. They were well-chosen and well-created, but they're just really small.Reassembly instructions are not as clear as initial disassembly instructions. The process is symmetrical, so you can go back and find what you need previously, but expect page-flipping.I'm pleased with the kit, and would recommend it to anyone who's used to this kind of work or to anyone who's able to slowly and calmly read directions a few times each and be patient for a couple of hours. You will also need steadyish hands and decent close-up vision.It's not unlikely that the suction cup won't adhere to your cracked screen, since the cracks break the suction seal. I put a piece of packing tape over the cracked screen, and the suction cup stuck just fine.A word of advice: There are multiple sizes of teeny-tiny screws, and they MUST go back into the same holes they came out of. They are also miniscule enough to be lost forever if you drop them. I used a couple of pill organizers to keep them organized and safe, as shown in the photos.Last... make sure you get the right color. Not that I would ever make that mistake myself.

The screen itself and the tools seemed of great quality, but the installation was harder than it seemed on the video. I watched several of them, but in the end it was harder and I failed and broke the phone entirely. It's just difficult to put all those small parts back into the right place and if you've not done it before - it's not that simple. I think that if I were to try again, I could probably do it correctly, but as it was, I failed. Looking back, It probably was worth the extra $20 to have someone else install a screen. Your mileage may vary.

Had initially replaced my screen with a product from a different site, however the screen was defective and the picture moved back in forth in lines like a Star Wars hologram or the horizon on a hot summer day. After having to contact the BBB in order to get a refund out of them, I purchased this kit (after great hesitancy and debate) and holy cow does having a working screen feel like ice cold lemonade on a July afternoon. The kit includes all the tools you need as well as a free glass screen protector in addition to the screen itself.There is instructions with pictures included on how to do this, which are good, but not totally clear on everything you have to do. I recommend watching a youtube tutorial to replace the screen (I used "iPhone SE Screen Replacement in 4 minutes NEW" which does a great job and points out all the things you need to be careful of). BE SURE TO BACKUP AND DISCONNECT THE BATTERY BEFORE REPLACING THE SCREEN.The screen worked great after the repair and I have not had a single problem, except the glass screen protector is thicker and at times you have to press a little harder to get it to register. Have enjoyed having a working screen again -- I don't know why I waited 9 months to do a $25 fix! If I have any problems after a couple weeks I will update

This works. I wanted to challenge myself to change my own screen. Please be clear, you must be careful with your tiny screws. This should be part of the instructions and kit. Research the process ahead of time and find a way to keep the screws in the order/location they need to go back. I had trouble with the names of the screwdriver vs the name of the screws. This is a tedious process and they have a great product, but I would totally pay someone else to change my screen due to how long it took and the level of frustration.

This is a solid quality screen. I can't tell the difference from the original except that the cracks are gone. If you aren't comfortable taking apart tiny electronics in a very specific order then screen repair isn't for you. If you have bad eyesight, then screen repair isn't for you. You will be working with very tiny (1.2mm-1.7mm screws for instance) parts. This isn't the fault of the product, it's just inherent in phone repair.The instructions are written in badly translated English, and could really use someone to edit them to make sense to English speakers. Using the provided instructions alone would have caused me additional headaches, but they are about 90% of what you need to know. However, it's easy to go to YouTube and find a video showing all the steps with much larger images (computer screen size versus 1 inch square pictures in the instructions).The kit has everything you need to replace the screen, but if I do it again I will order some tiny angled tweezers to go along with it. Every video has someone using tweezers, and placing back screws and tiny rubber and plastic parts is far easier with them than with adult fingers. I would just search Amazon for "Anti Static Precision Tweezers" and find a brand you trust, if you don't already own a pair.

The installation instructions were at times unspecific, and this was crucial to how easy it was to replace. The images are somewhat hard to make out, meaning occasionally you weren't sure if you had the right piece or not. the whole process took me about 3 hours. I ordered and installed the screen almost 2 months ago, but it is now broken even though I had a screen protector and a very thick case on. For reference, my last screen, the original, lasted a year and a half with the same case and no screen protector. I now need to replace my screen for the second time, but i will not be buying this product again.

Es de buena calidad a la primera prueba se prendió la pantalla despues no se si se hizo corto o que pero jamas volvio a prender el teléfono , lo lleve a otro lado y cambie la pantalla nuevamente osea que fue gasto doble es una lastima.
