I admit I was sceptical at the likelihood of this brush set being of great quality, after a couple of recent dissapointments ordering brushes from Amazon. However, I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised: - The brushes are silky smooth, and as a result exert very little friction when applying product. Additionally, there is minimal product 'droppage' once applied to the brush. - I have been deliberately thorough and no-nonsense with my cleaning of the brushes, and they seem to have held up very well with very minimal shedding. I have some Lancome and MAC brushes and the Lamora brushes have an equal, if not superior texture. - The white brush tips make it easy to see if a brush is clean or dirty, and the bristles are not particularly densely packed into the handle. This suits my particular preference, as the bristles have more 'give' during application, and offer me greater control. - However, the brushes feel full and luxuriant and they are well stuck into the wooden handles (not even a hint of 'brush wiggle'!). - This brings me to perhaps my only criticism, being the overwhelming and headache inducing chemical smell that accompanies the brushes. This is not the smell of the bushes themselves, but of the glue used to manufacture the (otherwise very smart looking) cardboard storage box. This will break down when exposed to sunlight over the course of a few hours, but those who are sensitive to aerosol/petroleum/chemical odours may wish to bear this in mind. Overall I am very pleased, and so impressed that I have ordered myself another set of Lamora brushes to add to my kit. Although the longevity of these brushes remains to be established, for the foreseeable future I fully expect this item to take it's place as a 'daily use' item in my kit - and all for the price of one MAC brush!

This is my second purchase destined to be gifted at Christmas. These brushes are well made, soft but strong, pretty and each is well designed for the purpose it is intended to and their price is very good too. They arrived very rapidly, in perfect condition. I have been using mine every day for more than a year, cleaning them, traveled with them and they still look like new. At that price, these brushes are definitely worth your money.

I highly recommend these brushes! I have never, ever written a product review, which is poor of me since I pretty much base most of my online purchases on reviews! But these do warrant a mention... all the great reviews are not for nothing, in my humble opinion. They are excellent, soft brushes at an incredible price that give a fab finish. The flat round kabuki brush (01) is perfect for foundation- it really gives the most flawless finish, with minimal product wastage. The smaller flat round kabuki brush is great for concealer, or going around those slightly harder to reach areas- around the nose, eyes etc. The flat angled kabuki brush (04) is good for contouring, the angled kabuki (04) is really good for blusher. Yes, there is a slight weird smell when you get them, but nothing that a couple of washes can't sort out; and at this price, and for this quality, it's a very minor issue and easily resolved. They wash really easily and because of the white tips, you can see if all the product has come out, which is useful. I use a gentle soap or washing up liquid (and a silicone facial brush to help get the product out of the bristles) and then they're good to go again. You won't be disappointed! Thanks, Lamora. xx

After searching on amazon for months and wasting uncountable amounts of money on brush sets i finally came across this set of brushes and decided to give them ago. They were supposed to arrive on the 19th and they came on the 15th so i was very satisfied with the delivery. I gave the brushes a go today and wow they are amazing! i have extremely sensitive skin but these feel absolutely amazing and soft and do not leave my face feeling sore at all. You can very well tell that they are well made. No shedding AT ALL. They are very thick and full brushes and slide on your face nicely. I prefer using the big brushes for my foundation and contour, they work really nicely with my cream contour and my liquid foundation. overall i am extremely happy and satisfied with these brushes. Absolutely worth the money.

Loooove my new Kabuki Brush Set by Lamora, esp the flat top which I am after. Surprised at how flawless my foundation is using the flat top kabuki brush, and how soft but dense it is. Love the feel of it on my face during application. I bought an expensive Dior foundation brush previously and this is equally good for a fraction of the price, and a lot faster application too as it is slightly bigger. Highly recommended, and I would buy it again! Just wish I came across this brush sooner and not wasted my money with other more expensive ones! I got the pink colour and the tube/ package it came with is very handy for storage/ dust free, I am hoping to buy again a much bigger flat kabuki brush for faster application during rush hours early in the morning for work, I wonder if the Black one is any bigger than the pink or the nude?

I've not used all of the brushes yet, but the ones I have used are really good and worth the money. They are soft and apply my make-up well. They came in a lovely pink round box, that I use to stand them in on my dresser.

Brilliant brush set, no loose bristles & easy to clean….

These are high quality brushes at a very reasonable price. I have many more expensive "high end" brushes and a certain very popular sponge that rhymes with booty fender and they do not hold a candle to these. I had originally bought the flat kabuki alone back in August after so many frustrating attempts with other foundation applicators and have used it everyday since. I am far from a make up expert and have really come into a full appreciation and practice over the last 2 years but the flat kabuki is effortless when applying all brands of liquid foundation. If you keep it clean it makes applying liquid foundation pretty much fool proof. It has also held up through twice weekly cleanings and daily use. There has been no shedding, the bristles are soft but effective and the handle is solid in your hand. I was actually online to buy another to ensure I was never without the flat kabuki and decided to purchase this set as the flat kabuki was included and the other brushes looked useful. So far I have tried the angled flat for blush/bronzer application and used some of the smaller brushes for eyeshadow/concealer applications and will admit I am very satisfied thus far. Due to the summer heat I have had to avoid my Tarte Amazonian Clay powder foundation but am looking forward to applying with the powder brush in this set when winter decides to come. There are MANY brushes on the market at all different price points but if you want quality that is worth you dollar these are definitely a great option. If anything, I would definitely suggest buying this vendor's flat kabuki. You will not regret the purchase.

These were a gift for my wife. She said they were nice brushes as other reviews indicate. However, I had to epoxy 5 brush heads back onto their brush handles as they arrived in multiple pieces. It looks like the glue/manufacturing process isn't great. I notified the seller that they had arrived in pieces and that I had fixed them myself and they said: "Thank you for your feedback and images, we will make sure to note this for future production. Please let us know if there's anything else. Thank you so much and happy holidays, Your Lamora Beauty team" Gave them 3 stars because I had to go out and buy epoxy glue to bond the brushes back together. I would have expected them to have had better workmanship. I also had assumed they would have replaced the brush set, but they didn't offer to and in their defense, I didn't specifically ask. I assumed the next set would probably have had the same issue and once I repaired the set we had, they were fine. I am sure a hot melt glue, 2 part epoxy, or urethane glue would work that you can get from a home improvement store in case anyone else has this issue.

Good quality and fast shipping. I do not see how or why makeup brushes got so expensive. I bought these and am super happy with them. I especially like the curved contour brush, super easy to do makeup and I say this because I am horrible at it.

Ich bin zunächst durch eine Aktion auf den Kabuki dieser Marke aufmerksam geworden. Diesen habe ich mir dann für einen fairen Preis gegönnt. Ich war so zufrieden und begeistert von dem Kabuki, dass ich mir überlegt habe ein komplettes Set von Lamora zuzulegen, weil ich von der Qualität und dem Ergebnis des Kabukis so fasziniert war und mir ein hochwertiges Pinselset noch völlig gefehlt hat. Zum Glück war das Pinselset zum Bestellzeitpunkt reduziert gewesen sodass ich auch dieses Pinselset zu einem mehr als fairen Preis erhalten habe.Das Set war in nur 2 Tagen auch schon bei mir. Eingepackt waren die Pinsel in einer stabilen, praktischen Box mit abnehmbaren Deckel und nochmal zusätzlich mit einer Plastikfolie. Der Geruch war anfangs schon sehr chemisch aber wäscht man die Pinsel z.B. mit Kernseife (wozu ich generell rate), dann verfliegt auch der typische Chemiegeruch sehr schnell. Die Pinsel sind alle sehr weich und fühlen sich auch auf der Haut zart an. Es ist ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht ob man das Make up mit den Händen oder den Pinseln aufträgt. Vor allem mit hochwertigen Pinseln (ich habe auch ein Billigset hier stehen das macht nicht annähernd so ein schönes Finish!). Das Makeup verteilt sich völlig fleckenfrei, Streifen entstehen auch keine und das Make up lässt sich tadellos einarbeiten. Die unterschiedlichen Pinsel garantieren ein makellos konturiertes Gesicht.Puder, Rouge, Bronzer und Highlighter lassen sich präzise und einfach auftragen. Das Verblenden gelingt auch einwandfrei. Auf Nachfrage habe ich dann sogar eine pdf-Datei mit Anleitung (auf englisch) erhalten, wozu man die einzelnen Pinsel genau verwendet. Das finde ich hervorragend und bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice! Die Anleitung sollte m.M.n. bei jeder Bestellung mitgeliefert werden. Grundsätzlich gefällt mir die Marke Lamora sehr gut denn hier stimmt der Preis und die Qualität. Auch der Kundenservice ist super hilfsbereit und erkundigt sich ob auch alles angekommen ist. Die Pinsel sind zudem tierversuchsfrei was ich auch super finde. Großes Lob an Lamora macht bitte weiter so! Edit: ich besitze dieses Pinselset nun schon seit 2 Jahren und bin immer noch so zufrieden mit der Ware! Bis heute kein einziges Haar verloren und die Pinsel sind weiterhin super in Schuss. Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis echt toll!!

I LOVE these brushes! I have four sets of Lamora make up brushes- two face sets and two eye shadow sets. They are superior quality and the flat top kabuki (is this set) is my favorite foundation brush. The eye shadow blending brush (not in this particular set) is great for getting into the crease. All the brushes are so very soft, clean very easily, don't shed, and hold up to daily use. The handles are full size (6+ inches in length), built very well, and feel good in the hand. Very comfortable to use. I would absolutely recommend these brushes. Not only are they a great price ($25 for the set vs. $25 for a single brush by some other brand names) but I truly believe their quality puts them head-to-head with those more expensive brands. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
