I bought this a couple of months ago and finally had a chance to use it at the shooting range. This thing works VERY WELL! My ears were safe from the obvious noise at the range and I was comfortable with it over my head, covering my ears. I used it for about 1.5 hours and did not have a single issue with it. Man, if you guys need a hearing protection, this one is the best I tried on so far, and the price is awesome! I recommend these ear muffs! 👍🏽

My daughter is autistic and goes to a school with other special need kiddos and sometimes it gets a little loud in there and it gets her very upset. I bought her a different pair before these and they were just to tight without the option to adjust them. These adjust very well. They keep out a lot of sound and she can wear them for long periods of time if she needs to. My dad actually got a pair as well for outside work like mowing the lawn. Very comfortable and well worth the price.

Look, you don't buy it for comfort or style. Get that. But I've had headgear at the range that was comfortable, and close to the head. If I was willing to risk my expensive electronic range gear down in my metal shop, I would. It's comfortable, the padding is first class, and it's light weight enough that there's no sweat. This head gear.... it not. It's stiff, the padding is stiff, and it's heavy enough that you will sweat. Just accept it. I have a metal shop. I heat and shape metals into jewelry, blades and parts. I cold grind and shape steel bar into blades and tools. It's not just loud, it's LOUD. You feel it in your head, if the hearing protection isn't top notch. That said -- this sweaty, stiff gear has better hearing protection than anything already in my shop, including much more expensive (non electronic) hearing gear. I was REALLY surprised at that -- I have name brand commercial gear that I expected this head piece to be a backup for -- and this one actually does a better job muffling my equipment. AND it opens enough for a big (I'm well over 6 feet) head. I just wish the ear padding was replaceable or swappable...

This is an excellent product. My workplace is filled with noise. This constant sound was causing me a level of anxiety that was detrimental to my health. Now, everything has changed with these headphones, which allow me to block out this annoying noise, and my life has changed. I feel more peaceful and can focus on other things without distractions. I recommend this product; it's excellent, very good, just as described.

They work Great. Dad is 91. Sat directly in front of the booming speakers. Didn't bother him 1 bit.

Instantly calmed me down when I put them on. I can't believe I waited so long to try them. For people with autism or who are generally overstimulated with loud noise, these make it so much easier to leave the house. Shopping trips and farmer's markets don't wear me out so quickly or leave me anxious and agitated. They are more soundproof than my noise cancelling headphones. I have a large head and after stretching them on the box for a couple days they fit better, before they were a little small for me. They are adjustable. Buying some for my family next!

To be fair, I use ear protection for sleeping (noisy neighbors.) So for protracted use and laying on one's side, I ended up going with with Walker's Razor Slims. These SNR ear muffs are probably good for mowing the lawn or for some other temporary task. But know that they are extremely tight on the temples, cut off external air pressure, and are painful if using to lay down sideways (as one does when sleeping.) The sound blocking quality was not bad, so again, for tasks that don't last too long, you may find these satisfactory.

Very handsome and fit well, a little tight perhaps. Most important for me, is how much more they deaden the sound than the old pair I've been wearing.

The ear defender works very well on firing range. It helps to shut out undesirable noise to a great extent. The quality is very good, and it is v comfortable to the ears.

Sou autista com muita sensibilidade auditiva, aqueles abafadores de 22 db não estavam me ajudando e resolvi investir nesse, e foi a melhor coisa que poderia ter feito. O abafador e extremamente confortável e realmente abafa muito o som externo, não dá para conversar direito com a pessoa do lado, de tão bom que ele é :D Sem dizer que é todo preto e não tem nenhum detalhe. Uso ele quase no mínimo, e por isso, com o tempo ele vai abrindo, mas resolvi colando as astes, agora não descem mais. (Ele é grande para crianças, serve perfeito para adultos)

Amei , abafa da pra ouvir os sons claro mas não tão altos , os latidos infernais de cachorros na minha rua , escuto muito baixo , confortável e da pra usar com óculos .
