Can replacement wheels be bought for this? If so, where?

I'm pretty sure wheels can be replaced.for most things that have wheels. Hardware stores is where i would look first

Yes, other companies have smaller seat. I have this one in which I love. But I need one to go lower to the ground. It also is a saddle chair but definitely more narrow.
