Oh my gosh, when I opened this and put it around my neck, sitting in my recliner, I didn't want to take it off! All my extensive research (which I do on every item) paid off.Very well made of quality materials and holds your head in the perfect position for comfort, relaxation, sleep. You can face front or turn sideways without adjusting cushion and it goes with you, remaining comfortable.I'm practicing with the snap closure on the adjustable strings, work well, just a bit challenging to open with not strong hands, but just fine as long as you wear collar in front, the way it's designed, so you can access them, and I keep the strings longish.I cut open plastic packaging w/scissors and made 2 slits in the nylon carry bag. I'll sew them up but wonder how I'll stuff the the collar back in. Think I'll use a gallon zip loc bag instead. Instructions say, however, not to keep it compressed too long. I have it open till I travel, then if I can fit it or tie it to my personal item I'd rather do that.Some travelers may consider it a bit bulky, but I believe the sacrifice is worth the comfort on this one. I had a blow up one before, didn't last the 1st leh and even tho it was over 30 days from purchase I made my case and got a refund. Go with this one if you want to rest or sleep on a plane, train, automobile. (PS altho there's a tiny zipper to remove cover I'm hesitant to do so. I think I'll just spot clean for now rather than take a chance.). No regrets!!

Returned because it didn't support the neck much. Maybe the foam is too soft, but there is no support on the side of the neck when falling asleep.
