This fan is a great little fan. Yes it is small but it is a great fan. The fan on certain surfaces will full over.. but I have it on my chair when I am in bed and it will fall over. But on the floor it is stable!The fan might tilt slightly while it is on.. which is fine I haven’t had a problem with it besides just readjusting it every so often.But overall it is a great fan, I have no issues and the price is very good. And if you want a small powerful fan. This is it.

We bought one of these fans for keeping us cool when we're doing sweaty (and tedious) indoors cycling. It's utterly marvellous - a purchase I'm glad I made rather than the, all too often, 'What was I thinking?' buys.The fan itself seems quite sturdily made with a good safety cage to stop you using it for chopping vegetables or fingers.In disagreement with another review posted here, I'd have to say it's really not very noisy at all. It's completely suitable for use in the home. As with any fan, it makes a bit of noise and admittedly it might not be plausible to sleep with it right beside one's head but it's definitely not overpoweringly loud. Even on the highest setting (there are three speeds other than 'off') I could watch TV without it annoying me or having to turn it up particularly.If something happened to it, I'd come straight back and buy another. That's always a good sign.

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a good output fan for the very hot weather, particularly for my 4 heavy coated dogs, this fan is excellent, stable and lightweight.

Compared to a tower fan, this fan is significantly louder, even at the lowest setting. However, the airflow is immense for all settings. When you really need to shift air and a tower fan just won't cut it, this fan will blast away the competition at a very reasonable price. The quality is fine, but the control on the top is very uninspired, although it's definitely a fan that puts performance over appearance. Definitely recommended if you struggle with hot weather.

I live In a small studio flat which has windows at the side of the house so it doesn’t get much of a breeze through fro the windows. This fan has been a total life saver! It circulated the air even on the lowest setting. The layout of my flat means I can sit behind the fan, and still feel the breeze as it circulated! The noice of the fan is exactly the same as any other fan I would say, you can’t expect something so powerful to be silent! Couldn’t recommend this enough.

this has worked well whilst working from home in the heatwave. as it is fixed it works well for this purpose, rather than cooling a room. Only slight negative is the screws on the side don't always hold the fan angle as they loosen with use. pleased with its power settings and the amount of air it puts out.

The fan is excellent; far more powerful than my previous 12". It is quite noisy, but that is not an issue where I use it, however, if you intend to use it in the bedroom, it could be distracting. That said, it is a steady tone and most people can filter out such noise. Personally I'd recommend a rotating fan in the bedroom as the 'constant' blast of air can be cold when sleepping and unpleasantI use it when exercising and for that purpose it's excellent. The lead is a bit short (about 1.3m), so if your intended site is a distance from the socket you'll probably need an extension lead
