I just ordered more, then read about the specks, my last 3 pill left had specks, have you pulled from Amazon Warehouse  lot #2008030 best by 10/2023?

These specks are a normal part of our product.

After receiving some feedback regarding this issue, we pulled some of our inventory and double checked the contents. We also pulled our lab results and CoA to double check the contents of this product.

Both show the colored specks in the capsules as being a normal part of the product. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the coloration. Attached is the video of our CoA which shows the color to be off white with tan specks.

About pulling our products from Amazon warehouse, they follow FIFO (First in First out). We rely on them to follow this rule as best they can, If they don't follow this rule properly, old stock might get mixed in with new stock.

Because Amazon has several warehouses across the country, and because they consistently break up large shipments of the same item and put them in different warehouses to better help make deliveries faster, sometimes old stock gets mixed in with new stock, and FIFO is broken.

Are black specks normal in this product? First time buying this brand and I have never seen this in other probiotics before. Thanks!

No black spots are not normally associated with this product. We test every product before it is delivered to Amazon warehouses to make sure it meets label claim and is safe for consumption. However, sometimes the Amazon warehouses can put the bottles in conditions that may cause damage to the product. Can I open the capsule and pour the content into a drink if I can't swallow capsules?

Hi there,
Normally we would say yes to your question, but because these are probiotics we suggest taking them as is. Probiotics are especially sensitive to outside conditions, and should be taken as prescribed to best increase chances of proper delivery in the body. For example, if you mix the probiotics with the wrong type of drink, say something very acidic, you may end up killing several of the probiotics strains. We recommend to consult health professional if you would like to open the capsules and pour it into your drink.
