GoodVibes - 100% Natural Sleep activator - Fall Asleep in 3 Minutes Flat.

I purchased this item for my wife, for Christmas. I did a lot of research on it, and liked the science behind the product. My wife tried it a couple of times, and then quit using it. Personally, I think it should be a 5 star product. But I can't justify 5 stars, if my wife didn't find it intuitive enough to keep using it - when she really needs the help. If she was a bit more persistent, then perhaps the product would have been able to exhibit it's true potential.

This item works pretty well. I'm not falling asleep in 3 minutes, but along with earplugs and a sound machine playing ocean noises, plus a few other tricks, I am asleep in less than a hour, which is a huge improvement. I use the GoodVibes light to help me focus on breathing and relaxing when I first turn off the light and try to fall asleep. It's definitely helpful, and I would recommend it to someone who has problems falling asleep.

I found this helpful to fall asleep, besides the lights, it seems that it helps you control your breathing.

I had to really push the power button to turn on which was definately not relaxing. Three minutes is also not long enough to even begin to get sleepy. Did not work for me at all. However I liked that there were several options for the breathing routines - I preferred the simpler option. Wish that they had an option for a longer program.

either I am doing something wrong but I have yet to find sleep easily as the reviews of this product says so. I will continue to use it and see if it is a trained thing that lets you find sleep easily.
