Q: I’m 5’5” and 125-130 lbs. My chest is 33-34 inches at its fullest. Should I get a small or a medium?

I got one of these for my daughter and she's 33 chest same height and weight as you. I got her a small and it fits on the last row of clasps and she didn't like how tight it was. So I'm in the middle of exchanging it for a medium.
