How do I stop the beep sound when pushing the nightlight to check the time? If I can’t do this, it will wake my partner up when I check the time.

Yes! I talked about this in my review as it is utterly ridiculous. It also wakes you up completely, along with the dazzlingly bright light! Just a really over complicated clock as well (what is the backward countdown all about?) I set up a return and they refunded me and said I didn't need to return it. It's still no good to me though.

How do i get world time mode? the buttons on the back are in the wrong order! ([mode][set][timer][adjust]

Just press the "MODE" key to switch to world time mode and the "CITY" logo will appear on the right screen. Then switch the time in 16 cities around the world by pressing the "UP" key and "DOWN" key.
