I’m on my 6th bottle of this fasting help in a bottle!! I ordered the MYOXCIENCE Berberine Fasting Accelerator as part of my wellness routine and found it to be a solid supplement. The combination of berberine HCL with alpha lipoic acid and biotin was well-formulated and I appreciated the quality of the ingredients. I took it consistently for several weeks and felt it supported my metabolic health goals. The capsules were easy to swallow and didn't cause any digestive discomfort. It's a bit pricey but the quality seemed worth it. I would buy it again.

I do not know much about berberine boosting fast because I do not have any scientifically proven tools to measure this. All I can say is that i really feel good taking this supplement and it also curbs my appetite to a point where I can keep fasting over 20 hours straight. When I break the fast I usually eat normally without the need to eat extra to compensate - berberine seems to work almost as an appetite suppressor. Myoxcience is also a trustworthy brand (I have been following Mike Mutzel for years now).

I started taking this berberine to help with blood sugars almost 2 yrs ago. Honestly it got costly and I felt guilty for that. I stopped taking it and the results lated for quite some time. Fast-forward to needing the support again. I searched and tried many brands I hope might be of similar quality at a cheaper price. Bottom line I was sorely disappointed and found myself spending more time and money to obtain all the ingredients/benefits of this one product. Nothing else out there contains these same quality synergistic ingredients! Leading one to have to purchase them separately and wonder at the dosage, taking several pills at all times of the day etc. What a pain it was and I didn't get the results I wanted. Image shows that the product has 1 mg of biotin...But when I received the bottle I discovered that it has 1000 mg of biotin!...Just received the product so I cannot comment on its efficacy, but it is alarming that the information provided is seriously incorrect.

With a lot of supplements it’s hard to find a trustworthy company. I’m been buying from Myoxcience for years. They’re a brand that’s dedicated to putting the highest quality products. Cheap supplements can mixed with other things because they don’t clean out the mixers properly and use cheap ingredients that your body doesn’t take well. Thus making it a waste of money and time. Myoxcience puts in the work to make sure your getting clean and the highest quality ingredients. You pay for what you get. This the first time taking Berberine. I purchased it as a fasting excelerator for the days I eat carbs to get back into ketosis and/or a fasted state quicker. I’ve noticed it works due to my body releasing water much more quickly while witching into ketosis. It’s a great tool to use. I’m excited to see if the claim that it curbs carb cravings actually works. I would like to do longer fasts using this product.
