This pre workout is sooo good. I love the flavore. Mixes easy. Clean ingredients. Gives me energy, effective. Better value for money than most pre workout drinks.

This is my first time trying Bloom. I also drink kiala greens. I tried bloom and I like that it works for me pre exercise work out, give me just the right amount of happy energy for some reason, maybe the caffeine. It taste good and I can feel the difference after one drink within the hour. I didn't think it would work so fast.I am careful about energy drinks especially if it makes my heart beat so fast, but this one doesn't. So far it's the right amount boost.So far so good, I take it before I exercise and it somehow improved my mood. I have yet to see the effects on gut or anything. I will take this consistently and update my review if there are any changes.for reference I take other green drinks from koala and a friend suggested bloom. So I decided to try and compare.I am concerned about the ingredients of pineapple because I know pineapple to have a lot of sugar and I am watching my sugar other than that I will definitely update. I don't want drinks to make my heart racy and this one so far is fine. 'consult your doctor if you will be taking this because every body Is different but I like it so far.

Got me ready to workout for hourssss if needed!! No crashing energy boost, good flavor, not sour like most of the ones out there

I have been looking for a preworkout that doesn’t make me feel like I’m having a heart attack & doesn’t make me itch. This is totally it. I tried half a scoop in 12 oz of water before going to the gym and it gave me a boost of energy but not overwhelming at all. I will try a full scoop tomorrow. The taste is wonderful, a bit sweet but I’d rather sweet than not tasty. As well as that, it mixes wonderful in my shaker bottle and doesn’t leave clumps behind at all which is a plus. I recommend this item to anyone who wants a boost of energy but doesn’t want all the added BS that other pre-workouts consist of.

I love Bloom's energy drinks and preworkout! This flavor is sooo good. I drink a lot of Alani stuff as well and although I will say I get more of a "boost" from Alani, but Blooms ingredients are much better and I feel cleaner when drinking it. Their flavors are all amazing.

Does what it is supposed to... but no matter how hard I tried, I could not get myself to like the flavor. It consistently upset my stomach. Just tastes like artificial sweetener, not sour gummy worms.

Love this brand and pre workout. Gives me a boost of vitamins and energy for my early morning workouts.

I’ve been using Bloom Nutrition Pre-Workout for a few weeks, and overall, I’m happy with it. It gives me a solid energy boost without the jitters or crash that some other pre-workouts cause. I also appreciate that it contains natural caffeine from green tea extract and has no added sugar.It’s a bit too strong for my preference, even when mixed with extra water. Other than that, it’s a great product that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a clean energy boost before training.
