Have tested at different time periods and the estimated BAC indicated by the hue of blue was correct for the amount I drank and reduced at the expected times for when it should be leaving my system. Really useful for when I pump in the night for comfort to know whether I can keep the milk, breastfeed etc. Once it's testing clean I tend to pump the next lot just to be on the safe side and heavily dilute the clean tested milk with milk from when I haven't been drinking - not a scientifically proven method but I figure can't hurt.
