This tape is just great, adhesive is spot on, no need to buy very expensive tapes, good support. Have purchased repeatedly

I used this tape as I have a weakened left knee and was told it would provide extra support when playing sport. I play squash and basketball, both of which can be high impact. The tape is easy to apply and sticks to skin well. The biggest benefit from using the tape is that I appear to be in less pain after sport. Which I think is a direct result of my knee being better supported and not moving out of its natural position so much. Overall this seems to be a good investment for anyone trying to prolong the use of his or her overworked bodies! Well worth a try!

This tape was recommended to me by a dedicated fell walker after I started getting arthritis in my knee.I have been using it to the design recommended in the Ebook supplied and it certainly seems to offer relief.The adhesive works extremely well even on leg hair and will remain in place throughout day or night use.

Good product overall, did provide support for high impact activity. Bought it as I am a rower, with a knee issue, who trains regularly (1-2 times per day). Unfortunately, it started to come loose when dampened (unavoidable in crew boats), so not great if you do a water sport, good otherwise.

I have bought over many years Different brand's of Kinesology tape for my wife's use.This tape is without doubt the worst we have encountered.The tape quality itself is not in doubt.The adhesive is.The tape goes on well as normal but on removal it leaves the most awful sticky mess that does not wash off.I tried medical adhesive remover and that did not work.I ended up using White Spirit which did the job well?Certainly can't recommend this tape.

Excellent so far!! A few tapes that I have used previously loose the stickiness after high intensity activity quickly. With the Flexu Supreme tape I have not had any problems, it holds in place even after long periods of high intensity training or activity. Would highly recommend 5 ⭐️ (I’m quite hairy and it still seems to work great 👍).

This tape is fab, sticks really well and has a great feel

Stays put for several days. Pre cut easy to apply. Been using this for an elbow and ankle injury, enabled me to continue to train with the injury.
