When unit was delivered it had a fault with one tube. Advised Amazon and supplier contacted me within the hour. A quick chat on the phone to describe the problem and a new unit was despatched immediately. Supplier paid for the collection and return of the faulty unit. Great customer service and very nice people to deal with. The unit is very neat and compact and is provided with hanging supports at each end. Adjustable support straps need to be purchased separately but are well worth it as the plants grow very quickly. The unit produces very little heat and the plants are thriving. Well worth the money. Very pleased

Ive been using this for a few weeks and I can see a marked improvement on the growth of my plants. It arrived with a tube broke, but was replaced ASAP with no fuss, very pleased with the product and the suplier

Bought this grow light spring 2020 for growing seedlings in my garden shed. Worked perfectly. Nicely designed and good light output.Fast forward to 2021. Take it out of storage and 2 of the bulbs don't work. Rotated the bulbs and it is the ballast/starter rather than a cheap fix of new bulbs. Only issue being the seller will not help at all as they will only help if it is within 30 days.So in conclusion, if you are happy to pay 120 pound to grow seedlings for one year buy it. If not, stay well clear.
