It comes in a frosted plastic bottle, with a white screw on lid, but also has a flip top with a small opening. When I turned it upside down, nothing came pouring out, it would drop one drop at a time, or if I shook it on top of my cotton pad it dropped multiple drops. You can see the what looks like oil at the bottom, but it does say it’s oil free, the first 1/4”, and you do have to shake it before using so you can get it mixed in. It comes out clear with a little oil consistency (even though it’s oil free), but didn’t leave a residue behind, my lips actually feel softer. I had red lipstick on, and it took it off easily leaving no red staining behind.It has absolutely no scent to my nose, so great for sensitive noses, or people who don’t like scents. I have dry, sensitive skin and had no redness, irritation, burning, or any other negative reactions while using or after.Overall, i really like the formula, the spout part Works great, and it removes makeup fantastic, and i would 100% recommend.The bottle has no information at all, but has ingredients list towards the bottom of the product page. Note: I couldn’t find an expiration date anywhere, or a “good for x amount of months after opening”, but usually it’s 12 months after opening.

I think that this is a good makeup remover. However, I am not impressed with its ability to remove waterproof mascara, which means that I won't be using it. When I apply my mascara, I tend to apply a standard (non-waterproof) formula as the base, and 1-2 thin coats of waterproof mascara on top. Usually, I use oil or my traditional cleanser (which is advertised as a makeup remover) to remove my eye makeup, and they easily cut through my mascara. I noticed that this did not fully remove my mascara, and I ended up using my traditional makeup remover to finish the job. I think that this is fine if you're not using multiple coats of waterproof mascara (or hey, maybe the brand I use is just extra stubborn). The packaging is cute, and it takes eyeshadow off extremely easily. It is one of the gentler makeup removers that I have used around my eyes, but it is not effective enough that I would recommend it personally. I think it will depend highly on the products that you are using.

as a cosplayer and goth im constantly looking for a gentle remover that will cut through my heavy makeup without harsh scrubbing and this does it! i just soak a couple cotton rounds with this stuff, hold it over my eye makeup and with a gentle rub it swipes my makeup right off, now, i have to do this a couple times mind you i wear heavy black makeup, and every experience is going to differ, but with all the longwear products and amounts of setting spray i use this stuff does it, and i love that im not left feeling greasy or oily like after using a balm style remover, my skin feels soft after too which is a definite bonus, definitely try a bottle of this if you need to switch your makeup remover

This is the first eye makeup remover I’ve tried that doesn’t burn my eyes. It has a soothing feeling while removing my eye makeup and it rinses well. It doesn’t leave any oily residue. I’m very pleased.

It does just as good of a job as my other favorite kind, and does not irritate my skin or burn my eyes.I apply a little bit of this to a q-tip and wipe as needed. It doesn’t require much pressure, which is important around the eye area.The bottle top has a little pour opening that makes dispensing easy, especially if you’re working with cotton balls or cotton pads because you don’t waste any product.Overall, this stuff works great, and the cute bottle is a plus!
