I bought this for a present for my mum and she loves it she says you can hardly feel it under sheets unlike her last one that you could feel the elements in. It allso heats up perfect and stay warm all night . All in all a great buy😀😁

Parcel thrown over a gate over 6ft high despite being told to deliver to No30
No idea if product is damaged or not. It wasn’t boxed so coils or control could be damaged. Damage may not be immediately apparent. Can’t comment on blanket as it is still in original packaging
