Not sure exactly what your question is on the mixer. The mixer will work most standard speaker cable gauge or thickness. I recommend a thicker gauge so you get better audio quality. But if the cable you are wondering about is a manufactured speaker cable for pro audio it should work.

Q: can i mix 2 turntables

This mixer has NO phone preamp, and most turntables need one to be hooked up (there are some with this built in but most do NOT). If you're looking to DJ with turntables, this mixer is NOT an ideal solution.

Q: How many tracks can be recorded at once via usb to a computer? i plan on having 4 mics, will this mixer be able to record 4 tracks to the computer?

The usb is stereo out and will only provide two tracks.

Q: Can I mix 2 turntables with this?

I've never tried this but it doesn't seem as if mixing two turntables would be easy. I would get a turntable mixer and feed the output to RCA aux inputs on 5/6 or 7/8 and mix that way. Use the other channels to mix vocal mics or instruments in with your turntables.
