This is a great rollator, but...
Although there have been a few minor issues, the customer service received from the supplier has been excellent. The rollator is showing some signs of wear and tear after nearly a year of use, which is understandable for the amount paid and the amount of use it gets. It was bought mainly for its size and lightweight build as it folds up and fits in to most cars. The brakes also work very well. The rollator is used as a lifeline for walking around the town and it is easy to get on and off of the bus and get up and down steps. Friends and colleages have tried it out and given very good feedback.Update: Unfortunately, there was an issue with the front wheels and the rollator did not last for up to a year. When trying to replace the wheels it was near impossible to do and the bolt snapped inside of the frame, but the company resolved this issue quickly.

Great quality at a low cost
My mum Absolutely loves it. She struggles walking and now she can sit down. Was a bit dubious about how good it would be based on the cost but I shouldn’t have been it’s brilliant. Folds easily and fits in my car with ease

A great walking aid
This walker is brilliant. I have been able to go out and move around a lot better since I have had it. It has not improved my health or walking abilities. but it has improved my out look as I do not feel that I am going to fall over all the time. It has not improved on how much walking I can do before stopping, But it allows me to stop and get my breath back a lot more safely than with my stick.I do not have to hold on to hedges for a rest or look for a wall to sit on as I can sit on my walking frame. It is well worth the money. The handles can be raised or lowered according to the persons height. The weight limit is supposed to be 21 stone. I am a big girl and it fits me with some room to spare. The seat is comfortable, more than most restaurant chairs are. I have used is as a seat in a café and found that I either have to lower the handles which is quite easy to do, or I cut my food up with one arm round one of the handles with the other one between them. If you have trouble pressing the studs in, leave them up and transfer to a normal chair. My handbag fits into the seat which doe not have a lock on it, so is easy to lift up and down, this stops my arm being pulled down by my bag. The compartment is not large enough for a full shopping bag to be put into it and closed, but with the lid open you can carry larger items in it. be careful that you do not put too heavy an item in, as someone else has to lift it in and out for you, but moving it with a heavy load is so easy.To close the frame, there is a light strap when you lift the seat up, is sits on the bottom of the bag underneath and does not take up any bag space, you just lift the strap and it closes the front and back wheels together. It does not close up to a thick walking stick, more like a folding chair shape. You must put the wheels on brake or it will re-open again. The brakes are easy to use, just like a pedal bikes brakes. when you want to stop you close the brake up to the hand grip, this slows you down on slopes when you have not completely put them together or stops you as long as you keep both handle and brake together. When you want to sit down you just push the brake down and it locks, If you only do one you, can give a little push and the frame will move round so you can position it exactly as you want it and then press the other brake down and it does not move. The brakes seem to work well on slopes, so you can have a rest.I would not say it was ultra light, but if it was it would not feel as safe to use as it does. I can lift it in and out of a car boot fairly easily, but if you have a companion, it is easier and lighter than a wheelchair. If your boot is small you might have to put the handles down to get it into the car or put it in the back seat if you have room.I do not suggest that you ever leave it on view when you are not in the car. Never leave anything on view in a car when you are not in it.Do not use it as a cheaper option than a wheelchair. you are facing the wrong way to see where you are being pushed and it is not stable enough to go up and down kerbs with someone seated on it and there is no seat belt. Don't give the grandchildren a ride on it. You could push them on it quite easily, but if they fell off, through the back or over the back of the back rest, they could get hurt and give you a kick as they fall.

Just as expected

Comparatively light and folds easily
2nd purchase for a relative . About the lightest and most economical you can get without going down the expensive non-metallic carbon fibre road. Folds easily so you can chuck it on back seat of car.
