This weighted neck and shoulder wrap stays put and evenly heats. I find it relaxing. And sends me to sleep. May have to buy more. The whole family wants to use it.

I've had a few neck wraps in the past, but I had a hard time finding just what I wanted this time. This one is great because it's large enough to warm my neck as well as my shoulders, yet small enough to fit into the microwave. Heating instructions have changed since my last warmer. Now they recommend one minute, then flip it and go another 45 seconds, and again for 30 if you want it even warmer. It's different depending on your microwave wattage. You can't just put it in for 2-3 minutes at once like I used to do. Also, this has NO smell or odor out of the box, but has a very slight lavender smell once warmed. I like that it's not overwhelming like some of the others I've tried and returned. I would buy this again.

This was a gift for a friend. So far, she has only heated it for use, but has enjoyed it tremendously on her sometimes sore shoulders. Besides working well on achy shoulders, one of its best features is the soft plush exterior—so cuddly!

This product is as advertised and has a little bit of weight to it so it helps it to stay in place. It heats easily and lasts about 20-30 minutes. Unlike many others I have tried, there is no oder. It does not come with a storage bag but a quart sized Ziploc storage bag works well. Great value for price paid.

Quick delivery. Excellent quality for the price. It doesn’t stay hot very long. It does help with my neck and shoulder pain.

I find it actually does stay warm for a good bit, it's super soft and comfy, a nice weight. However, it's heavily scented and Im very sensitive to scent. I avuid synthetic fragrance and I am not sure it is all natural; I also dont really trust fragrance coming from China. You're heating it and breathing it for a while so it matters. If it were fragrance free I'd keep it in a heart beat.

It is very soft gives good relief, it’s easy to clean and is a good design and also has good coverage around the neck and there’s no leakage

This is the perfect size. This has a very soft cover and love that I can remove it to wash it. The heat lasts a good amount of time and so happy it doesn’t smell at all when heated up. Great heat pad.

I received mine yesterday and used it that night to try to warm up my ice block feet in bed. I followed the heating instructions and started with 60 seconds and did two more rounds at 30 seconds each. Climbed into bed and laid it across my feet and it was heaven. I fell asleep faster cuz my ice blocks didn't keep waking me up! The velvet cover is really soft and comforting. I took the cover off for heating and then put it back on before I used it. Super happy with this purchase.

Very good quality and very comfortable.

It’s really good but be careful not to wear it on the tag’s side. The heated tag burned my back.
