I finally put it together. I didn't realize the tiny screw to undo the screen was included and ordered a set. It looks really pretty lit and all the different color affects are beautiful. I haven't used the heat feature yet.

This fireplace is perfect. Heats up fast and the colors are great to look at.

The fireplace is very pretty and soothing to watch. It's fun to change the colors of the "crystals" and "flames". I use it free standing (live in apt.), do wish the "feet" were designed a little different to make it sturdier on carpet. Put it together myself, no problem. There is an on/off button that you have to turn on before the remote works and I have not had any issues with the remote not working. The heater is ok, buts does raise your electric bill, won't use it very often.

I took my time to decide which fireplace to buy, and this one seemed based on the reviews to be the perfect one. I ordered two. One works perfectly, and the other one makes a ticking sound much like the person who gave a review, but said that I just read. I’ve sent a request for the seller to contact us and send us a new one. We have two so we know it’s not right because the other one is super quiet and fat fantastic but because this one is making all this noise, it sounds like gears are turning like it’s gonna blow up. I really just would like them to replace it with one that’s functional and works. Luckily, we kept the box or I would be in trouble trying to send us back. I will wait to see if they contact me in 48 hours and if not, I’ll have to file a dispute I guess It’s unfortunate because it is absolutely beautiful but just imagine sitting in a room with something that literally sounds like there’s a bomb in it like it’s gonna blow up. Gears are turning clicking ticking. It’s not even like a crackling fire noise, which would at least make the fireplace more realistic

I just received mine today. It's beautiful, but it makes a that ticking sound drives me crazy. I don't know what to do because there's no one to contact. Update: After I wrote a review about this product, Amazon contacted me and replaced the one they gave me.

It never worked from day one it have power just not working
