Unit Failed in 20 minutes
Shipping was fast, but the PTO unit failed in 20 minutes and stopped generating power. When I requested a return, they expected me to ship it back at my expense. Why should I ship something back at my expense when it was defective?It's been a week since it was delivered back to them (they paid for truck shipping back to themselves), and they still haven't returned my money.Had to contact my credit card to dispute the charge as this company never returned my payment. I wouldn't do business with them.Monday July 10th will be 2 weeks since the PTO generator was returned (and received by them), and they still haven't refunded my money. They said I'd be refunded in 3 days. Next call is to Amazon to report them, and then to my credit card for them to get the money back.
