Our condominium has an underground parkade with 70 stalls. One entrance, in 8 years have only had to replace remotes that are lost or damaged from misuse.

The Liftmaster replacement remote is an excellent option for anyone needing a straightforward, reliable gate remote. Setting it up is incredibly easy, taking just a few minutes to pair with your existing system. The instructions are clear, and the buttons are responsive. I was having problems with my old remote. Seemed like it was shorting out, sometime I would have to press it like 5 times to get it to work. Come to find out all the remote need was a 2032 Battery. Just in case your remote is doing the same thing, it may not be faulty but just a failing battery. One of the best features is that, with my gate system, you can have up to 55 of these devices connected. It was much easier to add one of these and mount it to the wall than to hardwire an additional button into the house. Now, all of our vehicles have a remote, and my mother-in-law can easily let guests in without having to remove the remotes from the vehicles. Took the back cover off, drilled a screw into the cover into the wall and snapped the casing and board all back together. Now, I have a wall mounted button. Highly recommend for its simplicity and functionality.

Needed a spare opener and this was an easy match/ replacement and it works perfectly.
