will this hold .410 shells?

If it's brand new and the individual sleeves are not stretched yet, yes, they will hold .410 gauge shells, but will drop them under recoil. I would suggest getting the sleeve that holds rifle rounds, also available here on Amazon.com. They hold 9 rounds as opposed to 5 shells.

Will this fit on a Stevens 320?

Yes,,, in fact that's the exact one I have on my Savage Arms, Stevens Model 320, Security 12-ga. It's well worth the money.
