Perfect for Snorkeling and Cenote Diving
The media could not be loaded. This case was worth every single penny. It kept my iPhone 14 Pro, completely dry while capturing great underwater footage.I attached some footage I shot on my iPhone in the coral reefs outside of Tulum. I used it almost daily for a month at the beach, in the open ocean, and in the underground cenotes throughout the Yucatán peninsula. This case is rugged and kept the phone absolutely dry. But unlike other water bags or Universal cases, it fits right against your camera lens without distorting your images. So you don’t have to sacrifice image quality to keep your phone safe.A couple notes on usage. Make sure you read the instructions very carefully. Test the case in your sink before you go out in the open water. Make absolutely certain the O-ring is on correctly. I read a lot of reviews that sounded like they just didn’t put it on properly. Also, keep in mind that the phone will get warmer because it’s fully enclosed. So don’t leave it sitting in the sun with the case on.It’s true that the iPhone is water resistant to 3 m already. However, you can’t charge it while it’s still wet. You’ve got to let it dry fully. The last thing you want is for your phone battery to die while you’re out trying to capture some great footage. This case allows you to plug in the charger in between locations so you can get back to shooting. Plus it goes way deeper than 3 m.One last tip. Be sure to use the lanyard that’s included. The case doesn’t float, so strap it to your wrist because you will lose your phone. This saved me numerous times. This is an outstanding very well-made case. And I’m so thrilled with the footage. I’ve been able to capture with it.

Unusable in exchange of protection
This case provides exceptional protection in exchange for functionality. Other person can’t hear me at all during phone calls making my iPhone unusable also Sound is muffled and makes a vibration sound. Screen protector isn’t glass so touch doesn’t feel as nice. Customer Support phone number is no longer there’s. Their live chat through ZenDesk says the user no longer has an account. I can’t reach the company at all. Returning and will have to try another case. Customer Service is non existent, found a phone number but now belongs to another company, they didn’t renew their ZenDesk Account so when I open a chat it says they used doesn’t have an account anymore. For such a high end product and no customer service is absurd.

Phone difficult to use; water intrusion after a few months
I've used this case for about three months. I keep the phone in it all the time; I put it in the pocket of my life jacket while kayaking. It gets wet during rolls and rescue practice. I've used an Otterbox Fre in the past.Pros:- I like the solid lanyard attachment.- Phone is usable.Cons:- Phone buttons (including mute button) are quite hard to use.- The attachment to a MagSafe charger is loose — charger is easy to dislodge.- Touchscreen can be unusable when wet with salt water. I usually did not have this problem with the Otterbox Fre. This is a real issue if you regard the phone as a safety resource.- Water intrusion occurred after about 3 months. The phone has been removed from the case only once or twice in that time, and the gasket did not appear compromised.I do not care very much about sound quality.I'm going back to the Fre. (My main problem with the Fre is that the lens cover area gets foggy after about 9 months. So, expect to replace the case more often than you'd like.)

It’s awesome except…
This is the third waterproof Catalyst case I have owned. I tried to get something cheaper when I first got my 14 pro, but this time cheaper was not better so, back to Catalyst I went. The pros are major things, the cons are slightly less important but annoying nonetheless…Pros: 1-sound quality is much better than most waterproof cases (the sound isn’t muffled much when playing things out loud and people can actually hear me when I call) 2-I still love the dial for quiet mode 3-Clarity of the screen through the screen protector is much improved 4-this is so much smaller and lighter than other waterproof cases!Cons: 1-what is bothering me most right now is the little 3/4” tab that is used to help open the case sticks out straight instead of the end curving with the profile of the phone, it is also raised above the surface (see pics) and is very sharp on all edges. This is a major design flaw as there is no reason it needs to be like that! 2-I don’t like that this case doesn’t have the MagSafe ring like the others do, however I was able to attach one to the back of the case so I can charge wirelessly 3-the buttons are hard to press and it is difficult to tell whether it worked or not, especially when double pressing to download apps 4-sometimes the edges don’t sense my fingertip so I it takes a couple tries to press something in those areas. 5-one edge feels very sturdily fit together (from closing) while the other side has a little give when I pinch it so it makes me worry that maybe I didn’t close it 100% correctly? (The rubber ring is not in the way) 6-the rubber port plug on the bottom seems a bit harder to open than I remember from previous cases 7-would have been nice if it would have come with an anti-static cleaning cloth 8-the hole for the port to plug in a charging cord is still a bit too small and offset from the actual port on my phone so not all cords will work. Even with all of the listed cons, this case is still one of the best… unfortunately, no one really makes the ideal waterproof case.***I tried to send an email to the Catalyst company through their website about a week ago to ask about the plastic tab and they haven’t responded.

Worth every nickel!
Fits like a glove. Really well made. Thoughtful design ( love the dial that toggles the ringer, brilliant!). Great to have a tab to release the case if needed. Miles ahead of anything I have tried before. Rugged protection 360, even for the camera lens. I cannot imagine more protection or functionality could be required.Would highly recommend.
