Banana Cleaner Machine, Automatic Banana Cleaner Tool, Food Grade Silicone Pressure Sensor, Intelligent Cleaner, Fruit and Vegetable Washing Machine

I recently purchased this banana cleaner machine and while it does have some good features, I have mixed feelings about it.I was disappointed to find that the product I received did not match most of the photos except for the first one containing the banana. There is no pressure sensitive button and the charging port is completely different. Not being waterproof is also a major disappointment as it makes cleaning the housing around the silicone very difficult while also preventing water from entering the interior of the device where the battery and motor is stored. Plan on finishing outside of the housing to ease cleaning.The silicone is soft and comfortable to use, and the motor in the device does a decent job of creating the intended movement with plenty of force. The large capacity battery is also a plus, allowing for extended use. The base of the device where the charging port is, contains a cap that screws onto the base which is the same thread size as the bolt found on a standard tripod so if anchored securely enough I suppose some hands free cleaning could be attempted.I was surprised by how much effort is required to stabilize the device while it's running to get the desired scrubbing action. If held by the handle, maybe 50% of the movement is translated into the silicone while the other 50% of the movement moves the device itself so the banana doesn't get a good scrubbing. So it requires a bit of strength (or a second hand) to hold the machine in place to get the best scrubbing action. This may be distracting and extended the amount of time needed to clean the banana.It also requires some practice to get the angle of the banana in the machine correctly. The banana will slow the cleaning speed if its pressing too strongly on the walls of the silicone so finding the right angle is done through trial and error.Additionally, it is very important to have plenty of water-based "soap" nearby (please don't actually use soap!) as this device tends to get dry rather quickly and you don't want to friction burn your banana or cause too much stress on the motors while the friction increases. It may also be possible to pinch a banana in the device if it's used too aggressively and if the silicone becomes unseated. There does not appear to be any safety measures in place to prevent this from occurring.Overall, if I were given the option to purchase this again I would pass on the opportunity but if you're looking to give it a try anyway you may be pleased with it's cleaning abilities.

It does what it says. It “cleans” bananas. Sometimes it takes longer than just cleaning the banana by hand but overall gets the job done.

This banana cleaning machine does its job.It's definitely better than cleaning a banana manually. This has a couple different settings, so you can clean your banana slow and gently, or you can vigorously clean the banana or you can even use the setting that goes slowly and then vigorously just to ensure that the banana is cleaned effectively.It is a bit durable, lightweight and the silicone insert for cleaning the banana is very nice and soft. It charges quickly with the included cable.I appeared to have gotten a different model than what is in the pictures and description as this one includes a charger that is a headphone jack and not magnetic, I'm not sure why it's a headphone jack but even in the instructions it describes it as a headphone jack and on the bottom of the device it shows a illustration of a battery and headphones. Which is very confusing. Does this play music of some form? I'm not sure or maybe you can even plug music into it and clean your banana to the rhythm of music? Who knows? All I know is it left me with quite a few questions.The instructions are pretty confusing and broken English. I'm not really sure that this is even a genuine product if i'm honest. And for this reason it does leave me a bit concerned about cleaning bananas in it. Not only is the charging port a headphone jack with a photo of a headphone jack but the on off switch is nothing like the one in the photos either.The only reason I gave it the star rating I did was because it cleaned the banana perfectly and I am sure it will be used again in the future to clean more bananas, my own or others maybe, who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .And for that, it deserves some recognition.

Yup....works as described... shakes bananas and makes for a perfect Bachler party gag gift!! hahaha... Now... of course you can always just peal the banana and enjoy.... Just saying...

The item didn't work at all and it cost me $7.99 to return a broken product. Rip Off!

I never thought I'd be the type of person to own a banana cleaner. But my dysfunctional family, who are all a little bananas themselves, convinced me to give it a try. And let me tell you, I am now a believer!Gone are the days of laboriously scrubbing my bananas by hand, trying to get them clean enough to eat. Now, all I have to do is slide this little gadget over the fruit and boom – clean banana in no time. It's like a miracle!One word of caution, though: be careful not to overuse the banana cleaner. Too much love can be a bad thing, and if you're not careful, you might accidentally damage your beloved banana. Trust me, you don't want to be the person who ruins a perfectly good fruit with too much aggressive self-love, leaving your banana unfit for human consumption. A little goes a long way!Overall, I highly recommend the banana cleaner to anyone who needs a change of pace or wants to make their fruit-cleaning routine a little less mundane. You won't be disappointed!
