Big enough and they fit the bucket well
They fit the Home Depot and Firehouse Sub buckets with no problem. Used for a hydroponic system which I tried to do for the first time and it worked fine. I did learn if you want to plant afterwards in the soil to remove them before the roots get too long otherwise you will damage the roots. But did a good job growing the peppers and fit the buckets well.

This is awesome! Space saver!!
The media could not be loaded. I don't know where this has been all my hydroponic life. I love this!!! I willd definitely purchase more as I usually use the one pot lids, which are still good for larger plants such as tomato Hydroponics. But this would be great for smaller plants like herbs and strawberries, which is what I am using it for or pepper plants. In the last part of my video you can see how I use the one pot version for one plant and you can imagine the ability to be able to have so many plants now in one 5 gallon bucket!

Smaller but good so far
I usually use 8-10” baskets but idk where they went or who hoarded them all this year. I needed some pretty quickly for some herbs that needed replacements and this was all I could find that was comparable. I was confident in the purchase, just skeptical about the application. I now have a biquinho pepper, several mint varieties, and a couple basil varieties growing now and they’re doing great! I read a couple complaints about them not securely gripping the buckets, which is true, but they still seat nicely. I find it convenient to quickly lift up for water adds and to see what’s going on with minimal movement. I will still use my normal 10” baskets for my outside and large veggies because of the lack of grip, but for my herbs that are inside and protected, this does great.

Great product! Just make sure you find a bucket that works before you buy a lot of buckets!
These lid-net pots work incredibly well for what I had planned but ran into a small fitment issue when using a bucket from Home Depot (Not the orange buckets with the home depot logo, but a separate bucket purchased from Home Depot in the paint section). The bucket was a 5 gallon paint bucket but the lid was just too small for the fitment. I tried the buckets at lowes and the fitment was perfect! I give this product 5 stars because as long as you find a bucket that it will fit on, the net pot will do exactly what you need it to. Not only that, but net pots like these are perfect for tall plants like tomatoes; You don't have to worry about it tipping the cup over! I will be purchasing more of these as needed. They are a little pricey for what they are but I don't mind paying because they can be reused.

good value, but expected the baskets to be removable
The description does not say either way whether the baskets are integral or removable from the lid. At least one image shows a ring which led me to beleive the baskets are removable. What I recieved does not have a ring around the baskets deceptive on purpose? IdkSince the baskets are not removable you must lift the whole lid to add water, nutrients, or inspect the water condition in the bucket.I'll give these a try, but I can already see complications to this design.

Great and supportive.
These are great and hold on good to a Lowes 5 gallon bucket. I only wish they would have a 2 inch hole in the top to add water and nutrients through. And to put the pH meter through.

Perfect size and perfect fit!
This net pot is perfect for my needs. I thought 8" was too big and unnecessary unless I was going to grow a mango tree. I just threw a cutting that was rooting in just to give it a place to call home and it started thriving and rooted itself very well with just hydroton. I haven't had to do much besides watch it flourish. Guess I gotta get some more. The 8" is okay but you have to use more clay pebbles, where the 6" gives it enough breathing room and doesn't take as much to stabilize. I always feel the 2" cups are just too crowded.
