Dell 3060 renewed mini computer
I received the computer early which was nice. The keyboard which came with it didnt work. The mouse was so cheap I used a different one. It was suppose to have windows 11 and came with windows 10. There was suppose to be bluetooth but it wasnt installed. I called Amazon up for I was going to send this back. Since I'm elderly and dont have transportation I asked Amazon if they would pick it up. They said yes and then never heard from them again. Called the seller 3 times and left messages but nobody called back The computer is nice once I got it working. I'm going to keep it but never from this seller again will I buy anything. After 7 days with this computer there are a couple of other issues. I went to upgrade to windows 11 but cant because the computer doesnt have a tpm module which plugs into the mother board. The cost is about $25 dollars not installed. The internet keeps disconnecting when uploading or downloading. No matter what I do to fix this problem nothing works. I was worried about buying a renewed computer. Don't think I ever will again.
