This Blu-ray captures Sting during his Symphonicity world tour with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra conducted by Steven Mercurio, with special guest Branford Marsalis. Review: Amazing Picture and Sound - Excellent concert and well filmed. The sound is amazing and love the orchestrated versions of all the songs that were chosen for this concert. I was lucky enough to attend two of his shows, one being at the Roya Albert Hall and the orchestra sounded even better on this Blu Ray then at the concerts I attended. It's a shame Fields of Gold are not on the Blu Ray as they are on the CD. Review: Sting revisited... with a female rival? - This album is excellent. The chance to rearrange Sting's well known, and loved, repertoire of songs works so well. I equate what he has done to the same concept used by Eric Clapton, when he rethought his music to create the Unplugged album (and DVD). Sting's primary backing singer, Jo Lawry, is awesome. She can match Sting's voice, style and phrasing to perfection. The rapport between them is very evident. I will enjoy this concert for as long as I can think ahead in my life.

Excellent concert and well filmed. The sound is amazing and love the orchestrated versions of all the songs that were chosen for this concert. Oh my!!! This must have been an incredible concert to have been at but the next best thing must be this recording, as both the video and the sound on this blu ray disc give you the feeling of actually being there. I initially found a similar sting concert on YouTube which I thought was good but this bluray recording takes the experience to another level. These are professionals performing at their very best and I can't fault it at all - Stings voice with this orchestra is just a enjoy to hear.
