I used this as the basis for a model airplane control line handle with throttle control. It works great!

This is a great way to get familiar with rc transmitters and receivers at a great value. I find it to be nice quality for the price. With this setup you can make virtually anything remotely controlled. In fact, I bought this and have since used it to control the antenna rotor on my roof so I no longer need to plug anything in. The ability to steer super slow is great for this. The transmitter is durable and is the perfect size. I honestly couldn’t be happier.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted a single hand controller. That's what it is. Pro: Trims are right at thumb reach. The "hat" joystick goes back and forth not up and down. The throttle is controlled by trigger. All seems to do what it says it does. Cons: It's pretty light and the thumb throttle has a big button head and a little shaft. A little flimsy. I can get my finger in the trigger but it feels a little awkward and runs into the next finger on the grip when full throttle. It's acceptable but I think it could be made a lot more ergonomic, especially considering some of the great computer gaming sticks on the market. Not many choices in this area so I'll say fair product fair price.

Driving experience: -Cruise control is really cool and intuitive (I will be using it 90% of the time with my crawler!) - Cruise control means you only need to steer. Makes filming one handed sooo easy! - Easy adjustment and tuning - Channel mixing is a huge bonus for me (tank steer) - overall well thought out!! Complaints: -Beep is annoying, would love to turn that off (I will probably surgically remove beeper)

I like it. Instructions suck since they're poorly translated from Chinese so you'll have to hope you can interprit the wording right. Plastic feels very cheap, though unsuprised for the price, which is actually not bad for the features it has, namly all the channel buttons and crap. You'll haver to dig online to find more recievers, theyre not on amazon from what I could find, the're on actual RC sites like the old days. 3/5, would reccomend.

Have 3 of these, honestly I bought the third one hoping that it would work because when they did work I loved them. No such luck, all three are stuck is some mixing mode that I cannot get out of. Manual is horrible, you tube videos not much better, maybe I should learn Chinese? reached out on a Facebook thread, no response so far. Want to know if there is some factory reset? want to know if I can disable the cruise control? I love the function, but my motor controller does bad things when its engaged, If you get one that works out of the box, great. Otherwise STAY AWAY.

This transmitter is great! It's exactly what I was looking for. I like to film my rc rock crawlers which is difficult with a traditional transmitter but this makes it so much easier! I was worried the joystick wouldn't provide very easy control over the steering but it works really well! It definitely feels cheap but I don't care about that personally because well, it is cheap haha. The only thing I really don't like is the beeping. The startup sounds and all the beeps on it is really annoying. But I didn't take any stars off for that because it doesnt change the functionality and the convince it gives me far outweighs the annoying beeps.

Good controller if you want one hand free. It's a learning curve for us older peeps. But not hard to get used to. Some of the programing setup can get confusing. But there are alot of videos out there that help. These guys made videos for every possible question. Much props and attention to detail. Decent quilty. Easy to use. Would by again.
