Proved itself over the last three years.
After 3 summers of use I can say that this stuff works almost instantly on nettle stings, insect bites, and heat rash. It has certainly earned its place in my home first aid kit.

Effectiveness
I find this product very useful when I have been bitten by a creep crawly of some kind. I soothes the itching almost immediately & lasts for a long time- although I have not actually measured how long!

Hard to get hold of in the shops for a while, so a good price and availability from this seller.

Also the 3x Anthisan arrived next day by Royal Mail. This sting and bite cream is simply wonderful. What's more, is this stuff cannot always be bought in the shops during spring, so it pays by buying in packs of three from Amazon. Also I note this cream's expiry date isn't until 07. 2025 Which is great.

Amazing
This is amazing product , I am taking subcutaneous injections , and I had itching abd hives at site of injection. I've tried hydrocortisone cream and calmine lotion they would make a little bit bitter but still itchy and hot . But when I tried this the itchiness and hotness was gone .

Literally the ONLY cream that actually relieves itching. 10/10. I buy extra to give to my sister and niece, it’s that good.
