Does what it is supposed to do
I work in a very stressful environment. These work quickly and have a decent flavor. It takes the edge off of my anxiety and I am still able to think clearly without making me feel too tired or unable to do my job. I will be ordering more.

Inconsistent quality..... Inconsistent ingredients?
Inconsistent quality. The quality is different with each delivery. The previous delivery is a sticky nearly black mess. Today's delivery is dried out brownish rocks. The concern is each batch seems to have Inconsistent ingredient quantities. What is actually in these gummies is a mystery given they look, taste, and smell different from one order to the next.

EDIT** The company gave a full refund for my troubles, which I greatly appreciate. Just had to send them an email directly. I will continue using their biotin gummies as they are really great! Original review: I find the ashwaganda acts as a stimulant for me. These actually keep me alert and restless. Unfortunately I am unable to return them....so its wasted money for me.

Life saver in a gummy form! Just take 2 before bed and 1 if you need a quick cortisol reduction. I got these yesterday, and I decided to take 2 before bed to help me relax and sleep (it had been one heck of a day) and boy did these kick in fast! I can't say enough about these gummies! Seriously, if you have sleep issues or anxiety/panic attacks like I do, just try these. They might be exactly what you need. Plus, the company is Canadian, so extra bonus!

I wish the label mentioned that taking these in the morning can make you feel very sleepy. I took three gummies in the morning and felt extremely drowsy and tired, which made it hard to get through my day. I had to drink coffee just to stay awake. The calming effect works, but it seems much more suitable for the evening or before bed rather than during the day.
