Would these be suitable to stick on high gloss kitchen cabinets?

They should stick to a high gloss surface. Be aware that dependant on the weight of the cloth/tea-towel/towel they may fall off I use on a glass shower screen, lightweight towels no problem. Thicker heavier towels their weight is prone to make the suction cup hooks fall off

How many times can it be moved before it stops sticking?

will it stick oto a upvc door?

As long as upvc is flat, then they stick brilliantly.

I have detached from a wall and moved it to another, but the hook will not stay in place anymore. It is ok for ten-fifteen minutes, then it falls off.
