This is 16% menthol and it's one of the strongest. It's very effective and it comes in a roll on applicator so your hands stay clean. This helps you avoid getting any menthol in unwanted areas. Like I said , this stuff is strong and definitely not for sensitive areas or sensitive skin. Smell was not bad imo as I am used to using these types of products so maybe the smell is not as noticeable to me. Great value for a decent pain relief product.

Rollerball was missing, and Rx liquid had spilled into the merchandise box, and shipping box. I had ordered 2 items, and only 1 was defective--thankfully. I've ordered this item previously and find the product quite effective in temporary pain relief.

I've used Icy Hot and Stop Pain sticks/roll ons for over 30 years to help with severe migraine headaches. Most only contain about 4% menthol and don't stay hot for more than a few minutes. I have searched for years for a higher percentage of menthol. This stuff has 16% menthol and, wow, is it effective. I put it on my forhead, temples, and cheeks and then put a heating pad on top. (Directions state NOT to do this.) This menthol gets hot and stays hot for quite a while, at least 30/40 minutes vs only maybe 5/10 minutes for the other stuff. I don't recommend using a heating pad with it for novices. It can get brutal hot, almost too much, but when my head is screaming in agony, it takes my mind off it just enough for a chance to sleep.I have found that, for me, I need heat or ice packs to make it hot enough. I put it on a sore muscle under my clothes, and it didn't get hot at all, but if I sit under the ceiling fan for a minute, that can activate it enough.If you're a novice with menthol products, I advise starting at a lower percentage, because if it's too hot for you, you have to wait it out. Do NOT try to wash it off.I ordered several more bottles so I don't run out. Thanks a+ health for making this product, from an appreciative migraine warrior.

For the price this isn’t bad but the dispenser leaks!

I usually use another name brand product but the price on this item was very appealing. First use I could tell a huge difference. This is a lot more powerful than the name brand I usually buy and last longer also. I will be buying again.

Got this product in lieu of my usual Biofreeze because the bursitis in my shoulder has been terrible lately and this has more numbing relief than other products. It was also a better price. I got what I paid for. I've used tiger balm, and Biofreeze my entire life for sports injuries (muscle aches, bursitis, etc) and never had an issue. I've used Icy Hot as well, and never had an issue with that either. After the first use of this off-brand stuff I had a horrible burning sensation. I thought it was normal but it got worse and worse. I took a cold shower and it felt like I had a 2nd degree sunburn. After I got out the shower my arm was super red over the area I applied this product to and the burning sensation did not go away for hours. 10/10 would not recommend to purchase. I went back to my tried and true Bio Freeze after I healed from the chemical burn, with no issues.

The oldest bottle, looks like it should be stuck in the back of the shelf with no price on it.IT IS AWESOME!! It works so well I won’t use anything else!!
