Would a Tom Tom truck fit in this case

Don't know size of Tom Tom Truck. However Tom Tom 135 fitted with plenty of room. About half inch all round and at least half inch from screen to front of case.

Is the waterproof case detachable so it can be used to protect the sat nav when it is not in use on the bike?

I find it a little challenging, as i have a Honda CBR600 and I Benelli Tornado and found the bracket is a little fiddle on the Tornado and there is no where i was able to mount it on the CBR. I'd advice to check your bike handle before buying, as far as the waterproof, I've not had a chance to have it out in the rain I'm more a dry weather rider.
