Excellent if you have a sinusit/nose blockage
I use this nearly everyday to prevent nose from blockage, as I came to cold and wet England from hot country ;)It really helps if you follow instructions carefully.BUT! At the start, when new, spray have too high pressure and it can damage capillars in the nose and cause blood flow.Also it is very concentrate and can cause allergic reactions or simply dry your skin. Don't use it too often.
