"Elsie Silver's writing is a true revelation!" ALI HAZELWOOD --- Grumpy cowboys and steamy romance . . . Welcome to Chestnut Springs: the big-hitting, small-town series from TikTok sensation Elsie Silver. Perfect for fans of Devney Perry, Lucy Score and B.K. Borison. Working as a nanny for the world's grumpiest single dad should have been simple. Except I can't keep my eyes off him. And he can't keep his hands off of me. Cade Eaton is thirteen years older than me and barely looks my way. Until I get him in the hot tub one night for a game of truth or dare. Then all bets are off - and so are our clothes. He's gruff, a little rough around the edges, and it turns out broad-shouldered ranchers with filthy mouths are this city girl's kryptonite. So who am I to resist? But in our quiet moments together, he softens, and I start to realise his hardened exterior is just a façade. Someone once convinced him that his best wasn't good enough. Yet I've never felt more cherished than I do in his arms. My contract may say this arrangement is only for two months . But my heart says this is forever. *Elsie Silver became an instant Sunday Times bestselling author on the 2nd week of April 2024. Review: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ - Cade and Willa’s story is so heartwarming. There is a long and steady build up to their sexual relationship, even though they are physically attracted to each other from their first meeting and there is steamy tension between them from the beginning. The delay in gratifying their attraction allows time for them to get to know and appreciate the positives about each other and allows the heat to build. Willa is an intelligent, confident, caring, free-spirit, and so funny - I would love her as a friend. There are so many adjectives in the book describing Cade. Although he is surly and grim faced he is very appealing - most of the unattached female residents in Chestnut Springs are attracted to him because he is also capable, selfless, strong, stoic, honest and hardworking. Luke is absolutely adorable, he is full of fun and such a lovable and loving little guy. The book is very well written and all the characters are well rounded. Each member of Cade’s family has their own distinct personality - all different but with an endearing and enduring love for each other. The two Elsie Silver books I’ve read have been extremely enjoyable, I like the sensuality and the passion but I’m not too keen on the sex talk and steamy descriptions so I fast track through those sections and concentrate more on the story, the humour and the characters. I now look forward to reading the next book in the series. Review: A Chestnut Springs hit - Heartless 💘 Book two in the Chestnut Springs series—and just as fluffy and delightful as the first! I’ve found this series incredibly easy to read. It strikes a great balance between plot and romance, with a good measure of spice thrown in. Perfect when you're in the mood for something light and not overly complicated. Heartless follows Cade, a single dad running a ranch, who’s in search of a nanny for his adorable 5-year-old. Enter Willa. What unfolds is a swoony romance with an age gap, a grumpy single father nursing old wounds, and a wild, energetic nanny who shakes things up. There are twists, turns, and plenty of heart along the way 💫 Another delightful Elsie Silver read 💕

Yes, yes, yes
THIS is why I read romance!!! I wish I could bottle the serotonin this book gave me. A perfectly told story with the right amount of heat, swoon, angst, heart and laughs. Special mention to Harvey (Cade and Rhett's dad) who is possibly one of the funniest side characters in a book. Breeding kink 😂 blow jobs 😂 just trust me, it's not even what you think. There are scenes in this book that are gonna live rent free in my head for a very long time 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 like the filthy mouth on Cade is next level.

THIS BOOK!!!
“It’s two people who were both a little lost until they ended up on the same path and walked together for a while.” THIS BOOK!!! From the first few pages, I was completely hooked and enamoured. I’m mad at myself for not having read it sooner. 🩵Small Town 🩵Single Dad x Nanny 🩵Age gap 🩵Grumpy x Sunshine 🩵Forced Proximity Some of my absolute favourite tropes done to perfection. This book did not miss a beat. It had me blushing, swooning, giggling, laughing out loud, squealing, and tearing up. An all-around fantastic read. Kudos to you, Ms. Silver🩵 Willa. I want to be her when I grow up (even though she’s younger than me🙈). I LOVE LOVE LOVE her, and she’s instantly become one of my top favourite FMCs. I simply adored every facet of her character. Her relationship with Luke, the sweetest and cutest little boy, was such a highlight of the story🩵 Cade. Daddy Cade, indeed😮💨. This man is top tier. Grumpy and sweet. Possessive and protective. And, one hell of a dirty talker. On top of that, he’s such a great dad to Luke and I loved their relationship. Will and Cade together are everything. From their first meeting, I knew they were going to serve. And, boy, did they serve with the most delectable slow burn. Their chemistry was fire. The tension was palpable. Loved the banter between them. The spice was off the charts. These two completed each other so well and I could happily keep reading about them. Finally, I have to mention the rest of the Eaton clan. Any moments with them was such a delight. Once I got to the end, I immediately wanted to read it again. Heartless is not only one of my favourite books this year, it’s an all-time favourite. Many rereads in the cards for this one 🩵 “You want me, Willa?” “Yes.” “Good. Because I’m sick of holding back with you. You’re not going anywhere. You belong here, with me.”

Loved it!
I recently read Heartless and love it so much. Couldn't get enough of Cade and Willa together. I rooted for them from the start, i loved the banter and chemistry and how their relationship developed. Their dynamic was refreshing. I giggled, laughed out lout and even got a bit teary-eyed, which is always a great sign for me that a story is well written. Plus, the spice was spicin', I didn't expect Daddy Cade to be such a dirty talker(i was impressed 🤭). Highly recommend this book if you like: 🐎 Cowboy Romance 🏠 Small Town 🌤 Grumpy-sunshine 🫂 Forced proximity 👨🍼 Single Dad ❤️ Age gap 🌶 spicy romance

I loved Daddy Cade and Willa
I have to say, I loved this book so much. I loved it more than the first one. Daddy Cade is one hell of a grumpy male. By chance, Willa becomes a nanny for Cade's adorable boy. She is sexy, fun and so sweet. From the moment she started taking care of Luke, the relationship between them was instant. She treated him like a grown up, not like a baby. When it came to Cade and Willa as a couple, it took them a while to get together. The one at fault was definitely Cade. He felt the strong sparks flowing around him and Willa, but refused to do anything about it. Because, after all, she was his nanny and he thought the age-gap was too big. In the end, he couldn't resist her. From this moment on, they finally understood they belonged together. Will finally finds somewhere where she belongs. She was loved and cherished by the men in her life. I loved their love scenes. They were even hotter than in "Flawless". The smut, the kink, the passion - everything was at the perfect level. The spice was everything. Daddy Cade is quite a dirty talker - and I loved him for it 🥵. Overall, I loved Willa and Cade's story and I can't wait to read the next one within the series ♥️.

Daddy Cade and Red are my new favorite
Cade really broke my heart with his insecurities I kept telling him through the book you did good you deserve better 🥹 till the ends he still doubting if he deserve to be happy ; I wanted to hug him so bad. His dirty talk wasn't expected to be honest 🤣 he's hot and irresistible, every time he says "woman" it does something weird to me🤰. Willa was relatable af with her insecurities and unplanned future, she's funny and steaming hot. Every time Cade push her away I felt heartache for her. Rhett was fun I might read his book but I don't think I enjoyed the other characters peeking that much like how much they talk about Jasper every time he's around. Luke is so adorable I loved him too he broke my heart when he asked about what his baby sister will call Willa ! 😭

Super consigliato!

“She’s a spark in the dark. Dancing flames against a midnight sky."
As someone who has loved Elsie Silver’s stories since the beginning, it’s absolutely no surprise that this book made me feel all the things. One of the things that Elsie does really well is creating characters that you want to be friends with and characters you want to get tangled up in the sheets with all at the same time. She writes some of the best grumps and her steamy scenes are off the charts! At this point, everyone knows that this Amazon Bestselling author writes the kinds of books that once you start reading, you can’t stop. After all of the rave reviews, I was so afraid to read my ARC because what if it was overhyped? Let me tell you right now…worth it. I should also say that while Cade Eaton is one hell of a grump, nobody can ever take the place of Cole Harding (from A Photo Finish ). In Heartless, you’ll see: ✨ age gap ✨ grumpy x sunshine ✨ single dad cowboy ✨ sassy feisty nanny ✨ the cutest kid ever ✨ the amazing eaton family ✨ the kind of steam that will make you blush ✨ dirty talking characters ✨ laughs, feels and tears When Cade’s search for the right nanny to help out with his five year old son, Luke, turns into him being frustrated with every woman who comes his way, he caves and lets Summer (from Flawless ) bring someone in that would be the perfect fit. For Willa, being a nanny is not something she ever thought she’d do, but the minute she meets Luke Eaton and Cade, suddenly her plans for the summer include driving the sexy older cowboy wild while falling in love with his son. Because it’s Elsie, you know you’re getting a bunch of things right off the bat—wicked banter, hilarious texts and sexual tension that will set your kindle/paperback on fire. Willa is such an incredible character. But that’s no surprise to me either, because Elsie’s heroines are always so complex and so interesting. Do I wish we saw Cade interacting with her awesome parents? Absolutely. Because I can only imagine what that might have been like. But I loved how Willa didn’t talk to Luke like he was a child and treated him like he was responsible for his own actions. I admired how hard she worked to give Luke the kind of love that he’s never had from a mother figure. Willa, much like the heroines who have come before her, was beautiful, wild, free and genuine. She felt real and like someone I’d want to kick back and drink with. Hell, I’d brunch with her and Summer in a heartbeat. Cade and Willa’s relationship is sort of forbidden (only in the traditional sense of him being her boss, not because anyone laid down the law as such), but it’s so fun. She enjoys riling him up and he growls and grunts in response. Given their first meeting involved her panties, you can imagine how many times they talk about her underwear through the course of this book. And as you can imagine, Cade’s dirty mouth is a special one, but Willa can keep up and match him at every step. Their emotional, physical and sexual bond is truly something special. If I was either of them, I probably would have thrown in the towel a lot sooner. But, it was worth it. Right from the first time Willa’s on her knees to the time when she’s got her panties in her mouth, Cade and Willa’s sexual relationship is explosive in so many brilliant ways. I love the Eatons and I loved seeing Violet again, because she’s one of my favourite of Elsie’s characters. I’m also SUPER curious about Beau, because we’ve barely gotten to see him over the course of these two books. But I know his story is coming and I feel like I have an idea of where it’s going. But that little sneak peak at the end for Jasper’s book?! I won’t spoil it and tell you anything else, just know that I’m excited because a sexy, silent, broody hockey player falling in love with a certain person we meet in this book just made my heart flutter so joyfully.
