Has double the tassles in a pre-made garland! :)
The color of the tissue is exactly as pictured and very vibrant! I haven't yet assembled the garland, but you will need to buy your own string as for some reason, there isn't one. I love how many tassle this comes with compared to one's at Target or Hobby Lobby only having maybe 10 tassles at most in the pre-made ones!

Looks as pictured and pretty but beware you make yourself lol I am a crafter so it was annoying but easy ...tho I could see some people having trouble. I am happy with it tho!

Of course you have to put this together and it’s pretty easy but it did not come with any string to string the garland up with. I improvised and it was cute.
