Perfect. I was a professional painter and my boss who trained me was a second generation Dutchman who mixed his own tints and taught me to do the same (when you could still obtain them) he also taught me how to trim my paint brushes so I could paint any surface tightly - you can’t do that with flat brushes- these brushes solved my problem- just like a artist- round brushes need to make a come back. Of course it might cripple the blue tape business- lol

I'm remodeling my home and a lot of it has involved DIY painting projects. Based on my recent experience, these brushes are a great value especially for their high quality. The bristles are dense and don't shed, and the handles are real wood. They come in three slightly different sizes and have a tapered tip that further help ensure a precise paint stroke. At their price point, I would expect to only be able to purchase one at the big box hardware/home improvement stores. The fact I get three is a great deal.

Honestly, I didn't expect much out this item, but it was slightly better than I expected; but I could have gone without purchasing this.

I use these for painting trip edges free hand, to eliminate the multiple issues of paint edging tape. The edge paint line from brushes is clear and relatively straight. Brushes are much better than expected.
