I was very very very impressed as soon as I opened up the package. It is very sturdy and a nice design. It is also modern and sleek. I see a lot of people complaining that the incident goes out, well, you must be using cheap incense because mine don’t ever go out and a lot Lot of smoke comes out. I have not had one single issue with this thing at all. It is not wobbly at all. It fits snuggly inside the base I have had no mess with ashes at all. I love this thing and I will be ordering more. Thank you so much .

If the cherry of the incense stick sits against the side of the tube (which is inevitable), it stops burning. And if you take the tube off, it makes a mess.

My family uses a lot of incense, but I've never seen an incense holder quite like this before.It comes well-packed. It's lightweight, but feels very sturdy. The chimney and base feel like they're made of aluminium, and the actual stick holder that goes in the base feels like its made of brass. It's easy to put together, and the variety of holes in the stick holder allows for incense sticks of varying thickness.I like that the chimney has a small hole in the side near the bottom for airflow, and that the various holes in the stick holder allow for a fairly tight fit depending on what sticks you're using.If your sticks are not perfectly straight, they may lean against one side of the chimney or another, which can cause them to go out, so if they have a curve it helps to set them so they curve inwards towards the center of the chimney. Also, the chimney could be a bit longer; it's plenty long enough for standard Satya sticks, but I use a lot of incense from a local shop that's quite a bit longer so those sticks poke out the top - which is not a problem at all until they ash and some ash falls outside of the chimney instead of inside down into the ash catcher like it's supposed to. If you use normal or short sticks this shouldn't be a problem.Over all I quite like it, although it does look very modern. It's definitely a space-saver.

Sometimes this incense burner extinguishes the incense early. If the incense touches the sides of the tube, it will go out. If the incense burns down & doesn't get enough air, it will go out. Mostly, though, this incense burner works well, it's stylish & contains ashes . I would buy again***********Update - changed my review to 5 star. After I mentioned that my incense goes out sometimes with this product, the seller offered me a full refund! I did not take them up on that, since I do like this incense burner overall. Just want to note here that this seller provides fabulous customer service. I would definitely buy from them again . I'm even going to their site now to see if they have other products I can use. I really appreciate their responsiveness so much. This is a good company to do business with!

The design made it look as though it’s supposed to snap into place but it doesn’t, it’s not very sturdy and it leans to one side causing my incense to go out fairly quickly because it touches it instead of sitting in place and I have to maneuver it to stay to one side so it doesn’t touch the incense, but I could be using it wrong. Plus mines came broken, the bottom piece was snapped. I’ve only used it twice, and I don’t really like it.

So I got this for my boyfriend as a gift. He usually uses the wooden ones but they can be messy. I thought this would be visually pleasing and a cleaner alternative, but the sticks don’t burn long after you put the capsule over it. It’s like the covering surrounding the incense snuffs it out so unfortunately it doesn’t burn long and the smell doesn’t last as long. As cute as it is it’s disappointing and doesn’t use it very much.

I’ve purchased two of these and I’m obsessed. They are a great addition to my living room and reading room!

Edit:I was fully refunded by the seller, the customer service is phenomenal.Original:So I got this so the incense ash wouldn't be everywhere, also thought it would look pretty cool. That is not the case, most incense I've put inside likes to die out, idk if the oxygen is limited or they just don't like to burn vertical.
