satisfied with the results.
the results are a one star but that is because of me. the drills do what they say they do. be very careful of run-off. these drills work and they are unforgiving. if you know what you are doing and do it well, this product is good.

Great for windshield repair
I have used the Permatex and 3M windshield repair kits for years. Sometimes they work really well, and sometimes they do not because the sealant can't penetrate the outer layer of the windshield (yes, there are two layers and a vacuum in between.So... I bought a set of these for my Dremel Tool kit and you have to use the smallest of the collets to make it fit and keep it tight. Start with a 45 degree angle at low speed until you have an indentation in the glass then slowly move it to perpendicular to the glass. I took my time at low speed and then slowly drilled down through the first glass. Not sure if it's supposed to give you a "pop" when you get through their first layer but that's what I felt... if anything, very subtle. Then did the Permatex sealant (vacuum first, then let the sealant get sucked in, then press the sealant in). Took my time... about 25 minutes and the result was fantastic. I'm using these bits for all my windshield repairs (our town has a lot of loose gravel, asphalt, etc and I've gotten so many rock chips in our cars).Highly recommend this kit. The bits are very, very small so recommend a second envelope or container so you don't lose these. One reviewer here said he thought it was an empty Amazon sleeve but it was at the bottom of the envelope and almost threw it away. Another reviewed said that these don't last that long... I did four windshields and still going strong with the first bit.Highly recommend this set of bits. I ordered a pack of ten... hopefully that will last me.

Pretty decent light drill
For windshield repair the drill is very good. It is compact, light weight and easy to use. I like it much better than my Dremel. It doesn't hold a charge for more than 30 repairs or so but is easy and pretty fast to charge in vehicle with supplied cord.It is affordable enough to buy two and charge one while using the other if one is that busy.

Great for a windshield repair business
I don't have a picture because it is in my tool case. I use this for drilling out small holes in the front windshield when I am repairing a windshield chip or a crack in the windshield. What's most important is that there are three different speeds you can choose from on this little drill. So you can choose what speed best fit's your needs. it works well for sanding and other things as well. I had bought one for a friend that works with acrylic plastic and he loves it, because he does a lot of sanding and polishing and he said it works great with all the little sanding discs and things you can get for these types of tools.

Good price
Haven't had the chance to use the bit and test durability. Only wish shaft was longer for using in large drills if your small high speed drill fails. After few uses these bits wear quickly.

perfect size, fits in a dremel or regular 12volt drill, great quality bits, sharp and lasts for many uses
I've been repairing windshield chips for over 30 years now...these drill bits are required to drill into the glass down to the laminate in the windshield to allow the windshield resin repair material a place to go. These are the exact bits I have been buying for over 30 years, however as the years went my suppliers moved or closed.. I was very happy, but skeptical to try these. When arrived I found them to be perfect for the glass repair situation. They are the correct size and shape, and very strong! I use each bit aprox.10 times before replacing... I had previously used these in a cordless dremel tool with special collar to fit them..But that tool gave out one day,and before I could search for a replacement, my buddy said to just use my makita 12 volt drill instead... I did and thee drill bits fit! it is the 12 volt lithium smaller battery type drill. So when I use these drill bits, I use the drill on high speed and put very little if any pressure on the drill to glass.too much pressure will break the windshield.the hole size is perfect to allow resin to fill the chip and very small and is concealed after repair. great drill bits, great quality!
