I like the garland itself but the lights are junk. They stopped working, on both garlands I bought, within a week or two. Disappointing. Moral of the story....you get what you pay for.

Pros:These garland are very pretty. They are danty (what I was looking for) and simple. The lights make them more christmas-y. They are easy to maneuver to get them to stay in place. I have mine on my staircase rails. It comes with a remote which I love. Each of them came with one but you only need one for all of them. You just have to point it towards the battery packs. You can also choose between different light settings.Cons:They need to come in a longer size. I purchased 4 and I was still short in a couple places. Since it is pre-lit, there is a battery pack. The battery pack is way to big especially for this danty garland. Very hard to hide. It’s also a little messy when you take it out of package and the light wires get all tangled. So you must be patient when opening.

But being battery powered means the lights are only really bright for the first maaaaaaybe second time you use it...then the lights start to get more and more dim. We ended up changing the batteries a few times over the holidays - which is the trade off for not having a cord to deal with / hide. We got 2 strings but only 1 remote worked. Based on the realistic looks alone it is a worthwhile purchase - just buy extra batteries and you'll be good to go.

These are even nicer than I had thought they would be. I love them they are very elegant. The Pineneedles are kind of waxy covered it’s very well-made and I’ve been using these ( I got two of them one for each side of the living room. I have some hanging swag lamps and these are 6 feet long they just perfectly are the same length as the swag on my lamps. That worked out. Any way I’ve been using these since right before Christmas and those batteries are just hanging in there. I decided to leave them up all the time I like him so well not just for Christmas but for all the time. I highly recommend them.

We live in a house without alot of plug outlets. So the battery option seemed perfect. The battery box still needs hidden but for what I wanted it easily tucked behind a santa. Fluff, Set up, Light...My set lit beautifully for about 1 hour then started flashing erratically and turning on/off. Tried again same result. Contacted seller and they took care of me promptly. Although mine had a issue with any Christmas lights it can happen. I paid extra though for easy convenience. The seller had Great Customer Service and I would by again because they stand behind what they sell.

I ordered 8 strands, one did not work and was returned. The lights are not as bright as I had hoped, but the garland looked pretty and was the simple style I wanted for Texas decor, not the heavy greenery more suitable for wintery climates. I liked the choice of settings and especially loved the timer option. I just set the timers and put the remotes away. Overall, I would recommend.

Our mantle is narrow (6") and with our stocking holders taking up half that width, we needed a narrow lighted garland. Though surprisingly pricy for what it is, this product fit the bill. Problem is that the remote didn't work out of the box. (Yes, we pulled the little plastic tab.) We're able to turn it on/off manually, but given the high price point, I expect the remote to work. We'd send it back for an exchange, except that we need a mantle garland for a upcoming holiday party, and so can't wait for them to process an exchange and hope that a new one might work. For what it is, I think $20-30 would be a more appropriate price.

Overall, I love them. They are beautiful, delicate, and look so nice on my narrow mantle. I have plenty of room to position breakable holiday figures without worrying about the weight of the garland pulling them off. Love that they are battery operated. I cannot, however, figure out how to work the remote. And they are a little pricey. But they are beautiful and fit my needs just so. Have to go back and try one more time to figure out how to work the remote...
