Colour not strong enough.
Bought to cover scratches in feet of table. The wax is effective and polishes well but the colour did not cover the scratches. I resorted to colouring them with a permanent marker and using the polish afterwards. You get plenty and it smells lovely.

Great Antique Oak Finish
Bought this to stain and wax a pine fireplace. Sanded it back to get rid of the varnish, distressed it a bit and applied the wax. Goes on really easily with a brush, left it for a bit and wiped down, then buffed with a soft cloth. Fantastic finish, has really transformed the look of the wood. Well recommended.

Use sparingly, but is a lovely product!
This is not a wood dye in the traditional sense, in case you think you can combine two products, but it gently adds a bit of natural looking colour to a rubbed down wooden surface and an amazing sheen when buffed. Use sparingly, and give yourself time to buff it up. Follow the instructions well, and obviously surfaces without any varnish on will give the best finish, but I have found that it does improve the appearance of some scratched wooden pieces of furniture that I haven't yet had the time to rub right down, just disguising the scratches a bit. Happy with this product and would recommend, thank you.

Great product
Does exactly what it says on the tin! My table came up lovely after it had been bleached from the sun as in our conservatory. Easy to apply. Lovely shine and smell. Great product. Highly recommend.

Colour is not true
The wax went on well and easy to polish when dry but the colour was very light considering it was supposed to be a dark oak. Another brand I use have much deeper colours. Even with a second and third coat it still looks like a dark mahogany.

Transforme une palette en bois patiné, s'applique et s'étale très facilement. Prévoir de nombreux chiffons, c'est plus facile a étaler avec des chiffons neufs.
