Mini Band Resistance Loop - Exercise Bands

Purchased these as a give-away for our fitness basket. They are extremely durable, yet flexible enough to use in a daily routine. Would purchase again.

These are the same bands used at the gym I go to, so I know how durable they are. Plus they have great tension, unlike some other more flimsy bands that I have used in the past (and have to double or triple them up to get decent tension). The bands are a great addition to my home gym (which is not really a gym, but just a box in the closet that I pull out when I want to workout at home).

I have various resistance band systems and bought this one basically for travelling. I thought they would be Simple, inexpensive and effective to throw in the suitcase for travel or take to the office for a quick lunch workout. I was right on all counts. These offer good basic array of band exercises with great range of resistance and high quality construction. No weak spots in the bands. Highly recommended.

I use these for strength exercises both at home and at the gym. These are good quality bands in different strengths at a good price and work well for everything from isolation exercises to movement feedback and resistance.

These bands appear to be much sturdier than the discount bands I was using until they ripped!

I use these for my physical therapy exercises for a chronic heath problem.

I bought these bands to strengthen my left leg and also get more balance. I really like the different bands so you can try so many exercises specific for your needs.

I've used this product for multiple glute exercises to help my knee health over the past several years. I discovered this brand from my PT. I have purchased the Blue pack 3x and the variety set 1x. They are generally useful and work for their intended purpose, each band lasting about its recommended 20 times / days of regular use before it begins to warp and impact your form (I would be reminded when I start noticing subtle discomfort in my knee which would indicate the band has lost its usual intended stability). I find it helpful to mark on my calendar and the band with a sharpie when i expect it to "expire". I noticed in my last purchase and my most-recent purchase, that in a pack of 10, there are at least 3 bands that have been manufactured incorrectly (the bands are cut in an offset pattern or not a smooth straight band as you would expect). This makes them unusable in my experience. You can tell it's "off" when you work out with them (leading to unintended discomfort) and so have to be tossed out which doesn't feel great. This bugged me enough that I felt it important to write a review to share as I usually don't do so. Unfortunately, there are not many other mini band alternatives out there that sell in non-variety volume packs (as my preference has been for just blue/heavy bands and would otherwise waste the other resistances). So I will continue to buy these in the meantime as they generally work and just will have to toss out any that look to be manufactured incorrectly.

I've owned this brand before and the durability is great. After about 6 months of use, I've noticed the yellow band is starting to stretch a bit, but that isn't a big issue. I have used the other colours yet, but would definitely recommend this brand in comparison to others.
