The capsules are a bit softer than other capsules and easier to chew.

These are very tasty. I like them as gummies. As for their effects, to be honest, not really sure.

Been trying these for mornings when I wake up early for work.Haven't experienced any side effects with these.I feel like i am more awake in the mornings, but i can't fully put it down to my mind thinking it should be from taking these, or if these are actually having a big effect on me.Either way, so far so good and i'll continue taking these in the mornings.Recommended.

The taste is nice really fruity, in terms of what it does as with all supplements it is not something that you will feel however the combo of vitamins is promising.

These gummies are styled really nicely and have little hearts on each one. They taste nice, a good berry flavour. The consistency is not as gummy/chewy as I personally prefer but still nice to eat nevertheless over a boring capsule instead. I haven’t noticed a huge change in my brain health and fatigue but I’m also not expecting results overnight. These will help give a little boost when you need it especially for studying and focusing even at work.
